उपायुक्त की अध्यक्षता में समेकित जनजाति विकास अभिकरण अंतर्गत संचालित योजनाओं की समीक्षात्मक बैठक सम्पन्न

गुमला : – गुमला जिला मुख्यालय स्थित समाहरणालय के सभागार में उपायुक्त प्रेरणा दीक्षित की अध्यक्षता में समेकित जनजाति विकास अभिकरण, कल्याण विभाग के अंतर्गत संचालित विभिन्न योजनाओं की समीक्षात्मक बैठक आयोजित की गई। बैठक के दौरान उपायुक्त ने विभागीय कार्यों की विस्तृत समीक्षा करते हुए लंबित कार्यों को अविलंब पूर्ण करने का निर्देश दिया।

उन्होंने विद्यालय निर्माण के दौरान उत्पन्न होने वाले भूमि विवादों का समाधान प्रखंड स्तर पर सुनिश्चित करने का निर्देश दिया हैं ,ताकि निर्माण कार्य समयबद्ध रूप से सम्पन्न हो सके। साथ ही उन्होंने अधिकारियों को विभिन्न योजनाओं की प्रगति में गति लाने के लिए आवश्यक दिशा-निर्देश भी प्रदान किए।

बैठक में छात्रवृत्ति वितरण की प्रगति, आवासीय विद्यालयों एवं कल्याण छात्रावासों के जीर्णोद्धार, मरम्मति, अतिरिक्त कक्षों के निर्माण, सीसीडी योजना, 50 शैय्या अल्पसंख्यक छात्रावासों के नव निर्माण, अनुसूचित जनजाति छात्रावासों के मरम्मति, विशेष केन्द्रीय सहायता (SCA to TSP) योजना से जुड़े कार्यों की समीक्षा की गई।

साथ ही आदिवासी संस्कृति कला केन्द्र भवन निर्माण, ग्रामीण पाइप जलापूर्ति योजना, PMJVK (MSDP) योजना, Capital Expenditure योजना के तहत आवासीय विद्यालयों एवं छात्रावासों के नव निर्माण व मरम्मति कार्यों पर भी चर्चा हुई।

बैठक में अल्पसंख्यक कब्रिस्तान – सरना – मसना घेराबंदी, धुमकुडिया भवन निर्माण, मुख्यमंत्री स्वास्थ्य सहायता योजना, शहीद ग्राम विकास योजना, बिरसा आवास योजना, मुख्यमंत्री पशुधन योजना, अत्याचार अधिनियम 1989, वनाधिकार अधिनियम, मुख्यमंत्री रोजगार सृजन योजना, साइकिल वितरण योजना, PM-JANMAN, SCA to TD Village Development Plan (PMAAGY) योजनाओं से संबंधित अद्यतन प्रतिवेदन की भी समीक्षा की गई।

उपायुक्त ने निर्देश दिया कि सभी योजनाओं के क्रियान्वयन में गुणवत्ता का विशेष ध्यान रखते हुए निर्धारित लक्ष्य के अनुरूप कार्य को समयसीमा के भीतर पूर्ण किया जाए। उन्होंने विभागीय अधिकारियों को नियमित अनुश्रवण एवं फील्ड भ्रमण के माध्यम से कार्यों की भौतिक प्रगति का निरीक्षण करने का भी निर्देश दिया।

बैठक में जिला कल्याण पदाधिकारी, सहित कल्याण विभाग के कर्मी मौजूद रहें।।।
