गिरिडीह : झारखंड हाईकोर्ट के आदेश पर गिरिडीह नगर निगम के टोल टैक्स की वसूली पर रोक लगाने के पश्चात बौखलाए ठेकेदारों के दंबगों ने शुक्रवार की शाम टोल टैक्स पर स्थानीय पत्रकार अमरनाथ सिन्हा के दुर्व्यवहार कर मारपीट कर जख्मी कर दिया। इसके बाद अमरनाथ सिन्हा को सदर अस्पताल में भर्ती कराया गया है, जहां उनका इलाज चल रहा है। वहीं गिरिडीह प्रेस क्लब समेत अन्य पत्रकार संगठनो से जुड़े पत्रकार अस्पताल पहुंच कर घटना की तीव्र निन्दा कर दोषियों को गिरफ्तार करने की मांग की। हालांकि इस मामले में अबतक चार लोगों की गिरफ्तारी की गई हैै.
मंत्री घायल पत्रकार से मिलने अस्पताल पहुंचे
इधर, पत्रकार पर जानलेवा हमले की खबर के बाद सदर विधायक सह सूबे के मंत्री सुदिव्य कुमार सोनू अस्पताल मुलाकात करने पहुंचे, जहां उन्होंने उनका हालचाल जाना। मंत्री सुदिव्य कुमार सोनू के साथ मुफस्सिल थाना प्रभारी श्याम किशोर महतो भी मौजूद रहे. इस दौरान मंत्री ने उन्हें मामले में उचित कार्रवाई का निर्देश दिया। उन्होंने कहा कि चौथे स्तंभ पर हमला असहनीय है। सरकार को बदनाम करने पर आमादा लोग सफल नहीं होंगे।
बता दें कि शुक्रवार की शाम ईटीवी भारत के पत्रकार अमरनाथ सिन्हा अपने सहयोगी के साथ ताराटांड़ जा रहे थे। इसी दौरान अजीडीह टोल टैक्स में गाड़ियों का काफिला देखकर रुक गए और टोल टैक्स में हो रही अवैध वसूली का न्यूज कवरेज करने लगे. इसके बाद टोल टैक्स के ठेकेदारों के दबंगों ने पहले उनका मोबाइल छीन लिया। जब अमरनाथ और उनके सहयोगी श्रीकांत समेत अन्य लोगों ने इसका विरोध किया और टोल टैक्स के दबंगों ने अमरनाथ के साथ मारपीट शुरू कर दी.
गिरिडीह नगर निगम प्रशासन ने घटना को दुर्भाग्यपूर्ण बताया
लेकिन इस दौरान वहां मौजूद कुछ लोग उनके बीच-बचाव में सामने आए, जिसे देखकर कई लोग फरार हो गये। घटना की सूचना पर शनिवार को भाजपा के प्रदेश अध्यक्ष बाबूलाल मरांडी घायल पत्रकार से मुलाकात करने पहुंचे।
श्री मरांडी ने प्रशासन से दोषियों के खिलाफ कार्रवाई की मांग की है। उन्होंने कहा कि चौथे स्तंभ पर हमला राज्य की गिरती कानून व्यवस्था को दर्शाता है। इस बीच दर्ज प्राथमिकी के आधार पर पुलिस ने चार लोगों को गिरफ्तार किया है। गिरिडीह नगर निगम प्रशासन ने भी घटना को दुर्भाग्यपूर्ण बताते हुए कहा कि कोर्ट के आदेश के बाद भी टोल टैक्स की वसूली किया जाना कहीं से उचित नहीं है। उन्होंने कहा कि ठेकेदार पर विधि सम्मत कार्रवाई की जायेगी।
