गुमला : – गुमला उपायुक्त कर्ण सत्यार्थी की अध्यक्षता कृषि/उद्यान/भूमि संरक्षण / सहकारिता विभाग / मत्स्य विभाग (प्रधानमंत्री मत्स्य संपदा योजना) पशुपालन विभाग (मुख्यमंत्री पशुधन विकास योजना),गव्य विकास विभाग,/फसल राहत योजना/सूखा राहत योजना/बीज-खाद वितरण/सहकारिता विभाग/JSLPS/ आदि से संबंधित संयुक्त रूप से समीक्षात्मक बैठक का आयोजन उपायुक्त कार्यालय, के सभाकक्ष में किया गया।
कृषि विभाग की समीक्षा के क्रम में उपायुक्त ने वित्तीय वर्ष 2023-24 में क्रियान्वित योजनाओं की भौतिक एवं वित्तीय प्रतिवेदन की समीक्षा की साथ ही बीज विनिमय एवं बिरसा फसल विस्तार योजना अन्तर्गत रबी मौसम में जिलावार आवंटित/आपूरित/वितरित एवं भुगतान की अद्यतन स्थिति, समेकित बिरसा ग्राम-सह-कृषक पाठशाला योजना अन्तर्गत भौतिक एवं वित्तीय प्रगति, समेकित बिरसा ग्राम-सह-कृषक पाठशाला योजना अन्तर्गत अद्यतन स्थिति,Agri Smart Village योजना, एवं लक्ष्य के अनुरूप प्रयोगशाला की रिपोर्ट,मुख्यमंत्री कृषि आर्शीवाद एवं अतिरिक्त बीज वितरण, अनुदान पर कृषि यंत्रों के वितरण की अद्यतन स्थिति से संबंधित प्रतिवेदन,ATMA योजना अन्तर्गत आवंटित राशि के व्यय से संबंधित प्रतिवेदन आदि से संबंधित बिंदुवार समीक्षा की।
इसके अलावा उपायुक्त ने पशुधन योजना, प्रधान मंत्री मत्स्य संपदा योजना, केसीसी आदि की भी समीक्षा की। उपायुक्त ने एक एक कर सभी योजनाओं की अद्यतन स्थिति की जानकारी ली। उन्होंने कृषि विभाग अंतर्गत संचालित विभिन्न योजनाओं को योग्य लाभुकों तक पहुंचाने का निर्देश दिया। उन्होंने सभी एटीएम बीटीएम को जमीनी स्तर पर कार्य करते हुए एक एक किसानों को सरकार की विभिन्न कल्याण कारी योजनाओं का लाभ देने का निर्देश दिया।
उपायुक्त ने सभी किसानों को निर्धारित समय अंतराल में बीज का वितरण करने को कहा। विभिन्न विभागों जैसे कृषि विभाग, सहकारिता विभाग , उद्यान विभाग, भूमि संरक्षण, मत्स्य विभाग , JSLPS आदि को आपस में समन्वय स्थापित करते हुए सभी किसानों को विभिन्न योजनाओं का लाभ देने को कहा। सहकारिता विभाग को लैंपस में गेहूं और सरसों के बीज का शत प्रतिशत वितरण कराना सुनिश्चित करने का निर्देश दिया गया साथ ही धान अधिप्राप्ति में भी तेजी लाने के निर्देश दिए गए ।
उपायुक्त ने किसानों को रबी की खेती के लिए भी सही प्रशिक्षण देने एवं आवश्यक बीज उपलब्ध कराने को कहा इसके अलावा उपायुक्त ने विभागवार सभी योजनाओं की समीक्षा करते हुए आवश्यक दिशा निर्देश दिया।
मौके पर जिला कृषि पदाधिकारी, भूमि संरक्षण पदाधिकारी, जिला सहकारिता पदाधिकारी, जिला मत्स्य पदाधिकारी, डीपीएम JSLPS, एलडीएम, सहित अन्य संबंधित पदाधिकारी एवं कर्मी उपस्थित थे।
