कोडरमा : शंभू प्रसाद कुशवाहा, प्रशासक नगर पंचायत कोडरमा के द्वारा बताया गया कि नगर पंचायत कोडरमा क्षेत्र अंतर्गत चालू वित्तीय वर्ष के प्रथम तिमाही तक होल्डिंग टैक्स जमा करने पर करदाताओं को वित्तीय वर्ष 2025-26 के कर में अधिकतम 15 प्रतिशत तक की छूट मिल रही है जो निम्न प्रकार है :-
सभी कर दाताओं को 5 प्रतिशत की छूट मिल रही है। इसके अतिरिक्त
(1) होल्डिंग महिला के नाम होने से 5 प्रतिशत की छूट,
(2) वरिष्ठ नागरिक होने से 5 प्रतिशत की छूट
(3) स्वयं कार्यालय में आकर जमा करने पर 2.5 प्रतिशत की छूट,
(4) आर्मी, ट्रांसजेंडर होने पर 5 प्रतिशत की छूट एवं
(5) विकलांग होने पर 5 प्रतिशत की छूट, साथ ही यह छूट केवल आवासीय घृतियो पर लागू होगी।यदि आप बिना कार्यालय गए होल्डिंग टैक्स भरना चाहते हैं तो आप ऑनलाइन होल्डिंग टैक्स भी भर सकते हैं इसके लिए आपको विभाग के वेबसाइट (http://udhd.jharkhand.gov.in) पर जमा कर सकते हैं जिसमें आपको 5 प्रतिशत की छूट का प्रावधान है। ऑनलाइन के लिए वेबसाइट पर जाकर अपना नगर निकाय चयन करना होगा इसके बाद वार्ड नंबर व होल्डिंग नंबर डालते ही भुगतान का विकल्प आ जाएगा l इसमें क्रेडिट कार्ड व डेबिट कार्ड से पेमेंट कर सकेंगेl 30 जून के बाद बकाया टैक्स पर प्रतिमाह एक प्रतिशत की दर से ब्याज देना होगाl
