गुमला में मशरूम की खेती बनी किसानों के लिए आय का नया स्रोत

गुमला, झारखंड – गुमला जिले के किसानों को आर्थिक रूप से आत्मनिर्भर बनाने के लिए नाबार्ड वाड़ी परियोजना और विकास भारती बिशुनपुर द्वारा निरंतर प्रयास किए जा रहे हैं। इसी क्रम में जिले के बिशुनपुर प्रखंड के विभिन्न गांवों – बेंदी, चंपाटोली, चिंगरी और जेहनगुटवा के किसानों को एक दिवसीय मशरूम खेती प्रशिक्षण दिया गया।

धान-गेहूं के अलावा अन्य कृषि विकल्पों की ओर बढ़ रहे किसान

परंपरागत धान और गेहूं की खेती से अलग, किसानों को अन्य फसलों की ओर प्रोत्साहित किया जा रहा है। इस प्रशिक्षण का उद्देश्य किसानों को मशरूम की खेती के प्रति जागरूक करना और उन्हें व्यावहारिक ज्ञान प्रदान करना है। प्रशिक्षण के बाद किसानों को मुफ्त में स्पॉन (मशरूम बीज) उपलब्ध कराए गए, ताकि वे इसकी खेती तुरंत शुरू कर सकें।

कम लागत में अधिक मुनाफा, किसानों के लिए बेहतर अवसर

विकास भारती के संयुक्त सचिव महेंद्र भगत ने जानकारी देते हुए बताया कि मशरूम की खेती सामान्य तापमान (20 से 25 डिग्री सेल्सियस) में भी की जा सकती है। यदि तापमान को नियंत्रित रखा जाए, तो मशरूम की खेती में किसी प्रकार की समस्या नहीं आएगी।

उन्होंने यह भी बताया कि एक कमरे में 200 मशरूम बैग लगाए जा सकते हैं, जिस पर लगभग 5000 रुपये खर्च होता है, लेकिन इससे 15,000 से 20,000 रुपये तक का मुनाफा कमाया जा सकता है।

बाजार में बढ़ती मांग से किसानों को मिलेगा सीधा लाभ

जिला कृषि विज्ञान केंद्र (KVK) के वैज्ञानिक सुनील कुमार ने कहा कि इस प्रशिक्षण का उद्देश्य किसानों को आर्थिक रूप से मजबूत बनाना है। उन्होंने बताया कि ओयस्टर मशरूम और बटर मशरूम की बाजार में काफी मांग है, जिससे किसानों को अपनी उपज बेचने के लिए कहीं दूर जाने की जरूरत नहीं होगी। वे इसे स्थानीय बाजारों में ही अच्छे दामों में बेच सकते हैं, जिससे उनकी आय में वृद्धि होगी।

मशरूम की खेती में सावधानियां और रोग नियंत्रण

ट्रेनर राजीव कुजूर ने किसानों को मशरूम उत्पादन में होने वाली संभावित समस्याओं और उनके समाधान के बारे में बताया। उन्होंने कहा कि बाइट मोल्ड, ग्रीन मोल्ड और येलो मोल्ड जैसी बीमारियां फसल को नुकसान पहुंचा सकती हैं।

इनसे बचाव के लिए उन्होंने सुझाव दिया कि शेड में पर्याप्त पानी और ऑक्सीजन का संतुलन बनाए रखना आवश्यक है, ताकि रोगों को पनपने से रोका जा सके और उत्पादन में गिरावट न आए।

ग्रामीण युवाओं को रोजगार से जोड़ने की पहल

नाबार्ड परियोजना के नोडल अधिकारी सुमंत जी ने कहा कि गुमला जिले में मशरूम की खेती को बढ़ावा देने के लिए प्रशिक्षण कार्यक्रम आयोजित किए जा रहे हैं। उन्होंने बताया कि यह पहल न केवल किसानों को अधिक लाभ दिलाने में मदद करेगी, बल्कि बेरोजगार ग्रामीण युवाओं को भी रोजगार के अवसर प्रदान करेगी।

50 से अधिक किसानों ने लिया प्रशिक्षण

इस प्रशिक्षण कार्यक्रम में विकास भारती के संयुक्त सचिव महेंद्र भगत, KVK वैज्ञानिक सुनील कुमार, ट्रेनर राजीव कुजूर, परियोजना समन्वयक दीपक जी सहित 50 से अधिक किसान शामिल हुए।

मशरूम की खेती गुमला जिले के किसानों के लिए कम लागत में अधिक मुनाफा कमाने का एक बेहतरीन जरिया बन सकती है। इस तरह के प्रशिक्षण कार्यक्रम किसानों को आत्मनिर्भर बनाने और कृषि क्षेत्र में नए अवसर प्रदान करने में सहायक साबित होंगे।
