स्वांग वाशरी के पास रेल अंडरपास में जलजमाव से आवागमन बाधित, शीघ्र निकासी व मरम्मत की मांग

गोमिया। गोमो–बरकाकाना रेलखंड के अंतर्गत गोमिया–बोकारो थर्मल स्टेशन के बीच स्थित सीसीएल स्वांग वाशरी के समीप बने रेल अंडरपास में जलजमाव की समस्या को लेकर भारत की कम्युनिस्ट पार्टी (मार्क्सवादी) के गोमिया प्रखंड सचिव सह एनसीओईए (सीटू) स्वांग वाशरी शाखा सचिव राकेश कुमार ने धनबाद रेल मंडल के वरिष्ठ मंडल अभियंता को पत्र लिखकर तत्काल कार्रवाई की मांग की है।
पत्र में राकेश कुमार ने कहा है कि करीब तीन–चार वर्ष पूर्व स्वांग वाशरी जाने के लिए रेल अंडरपास का निर्माण कराया गया था। इसके साथ ही स्वांग कोलियरी और हजारी पंचायत की गैर मजरूआ बस्ती तक आवागमन के लिए भी दो अन्य अंडरपास बनाए गए थे। लेकिन निर्माण कार्य में अनियमितता और लापरवाही के कारण ये अंडरपास कुछ ही वर्षों में क्षतिग्रस्त हो गए।
उन्होंने आरोप लगाया कि निर्माण के एक–दो वर्ष के भीतर ही तीनों अंडरपास की स्थिति जर्जर हो गई, जिससे लोगों को भारी परेशानी का सामना करना पड़ रहा है। इस संबंध में पहले भी कई बार विभाग को लिखित शिकायत दी जा चुकी है, लेकिन अब तक कोई ठोस पहल नहीं की गई।
राकेश कुमार ने बताया कि इन दिनों स्वांग वाशरी जाने वाले अंडरपास में करीब एक से दो फीट तक पानी जमा हो गया है। अंडरपास के बीच बनी नाली भी क्षतिग्रस्त हो चुकी है, जिससे पानी की निकासी नहीं हो पा रही है और आवागमन पूरी तरह जोखिम भरा हो गया है। कई मोटरसाइकिल चालक फिसलकर गिर चुके हैं, जिससे दुर्घटनाएं भी हो रही हैं। वहीं इस मार्ग से होने वाली कोयला ढुलाई भी प्रभावित हो रही है।
उन्होंने रेल प्रशासन से मांग करते हुए कहा कि अंडरपास में जमा पानी की तत्काल निकासी कराई जाए तथा क्षतिग्रस्त हिस्सों का शीघ्र जीर्णोद्धार कराया जाए, ताकि आम लोगों और वाहनों का आवागमन सुचारू रूप से बहाल हो सके। साथ ही उन्होंने यह भी कहा कि गोमिया रेलवे स्टेशन के आसपास चल रहे रेल परियोजनाओं में अनियमितताओं की शिकायतें सामने आ रही हैं, जिसकी उच्चस्तरीय जांच भी आवश्यक है।
