गुमला में जिला स्तरीय मुखिया सम्मेलन का आयोजन, शिक्षा और विकास पर विस्तृत चर्चा

गुमला, मार्च 2025: झारखंड शिक्षा परियोजना, गुमला के तत्वावधान में टाउन हॉल, गुमला में जिला स्तरीय मुखिया सम्मेलन का आयोजन किया गया, जिसमें शिक्षा और ग्रामीण विकास से जुड़े अहम मुद्दों पर विस्तार से चर्चा की गई। इस सम्मेलन में मुख्य अतिथि के रूप में उपायुक्त कर्ण सत्यार्थी उपस्थित रहे, जबकि विशिष्ट अतिथियों में पुलिस अधीक्षक शंभू कुमार सिंह, जिला वन प्रमंडल पदाधिकारी मोहम्मद बेलाल अहमद, जिला परिषद अध्यक्ष किरण माला बाड़ा, उप विकास आयुक्त दिलेश्वर महतो, एसडीओ सदर राजीव नीरज, डीसीएलआर राजीव कुमार, जिला शिक्षा अधीक्षक नूर आलम खान, एवं अन्य प्रशासनिक अधिकारी मौजूद रहे।

मुखियाओं की भूमिका पर बल, सरकारी योजनाओं की जानकारी आवश्यक

कार्यक्रम को संबोधित करते हुए उपायुक्त कर्ण सत्यार्थी ने कहा कि गांवों के विकास के लिए मुखियाओं की भूमिका केवल ग्रामीण विकास तक सीमित नहीं रहनी चाहिए, बल्कि उन्हें शिक्षा व्यवस्था के उत्थान और सरकारी योजनाओं को जरूरतमंदों तक पहुंचाने में भी सक्रिय योगदान देना चाहिए। उन्होंने सभी मुखियाओं से आग्रह किया कि वे पंचायत स्तर पर योग्य छात्रों का कस्तूरबा गांधी विद्यालय में नामांकन सुनिश्चित करें और शिक्षा विभाग की योजनाओं को प्रभावी ढंग से लागू करने में सहयोग करें।

सामाजिक बुराइयों के खिलाफ जागरूकता की जरूरत

पुलिस अधीक्षक शंभू कुमार सिंह ने सम्मेलन में कहा कि गांवों में शिक्षा को बढ़ावा देना और सामाजिक बुराइयों को समाप्त करना हमारा सामूहिक कर्तव्य है। उन्होंने मानव तस्करी, नशाखोरी और डायन प्रथा जैसी कुरीतियों पर चिंता जताई और मुखियाओं से अपील की कि वे ग्राम सभाओं के माध्यम से ग्रामीणों को जागरूक करें और बच्चों को अनिवार्य रूप से स्कूल भेजने के लिए प्रेरित करें।

बालिका शिक्षा पर जोर, भविष्य के लिए जरूरी निवेश

जिला वन प्रमंडल पदाधिकारी मोहम्मद बेलाल अहमद ने बालिका शिक्षा को प्राथमिकता देने की अपील की। उन्होंने कहा कि “एक लड़की को शिक्षित करना कई पीढ़ियों को सशक्त बनाना है।” उन्होंने मुखियाओं से अनुरोध किया कि वे अपने क्षेत्रों में लड़कियों की शिक्षा को बढ़ावा दें और उन्हें उच्च शिक्षा तक पहुंचाने में सहयोग करें।

अंधविश्वास और शिक्षा के अभाव पर चिंता

जिला परिषद अध्यक्ष किरण माला बाड़ा ने कहा कि शिक्षा की कमी के कारण ही समाज में अंधविश्वास और पिछड़ापन व्याप्त है। उन्होंने मुखियाओं से आग्रह किया कि वे अपने क्षेत्र के सभी बच्चों को स्कूल भेजने और उनकी पढ़ाई सुनिश्चित करने में सक्रिय भूमिका निभाएं।

विद्यालय संचालन में मुखियाओं की जिम्मेदारी

जिला शिक्षा अधीक्षक नूर आलम खान ने सम्मेलन में शिक्षा के सुचारू संचालन पर जोर देते हुए कहा कि मुखियाओं की भागीदारी से विद्यालयों की स्थिति में सुधार लाया जा सकता है। उन्होंने बताया कि पलायन के कारण कई बच्चे शिक्षा से वंचित रह जाते हैं, जिन्हें चिन्हित कर उनके लिए विशेष शिक्षा की व्यवस्था की जा रही है। उन्होंने सीएमसी (स्कूल प्रबंधन समिति) के चुनाव में योग्य व्यक्तियों के चयन और विद्यालयों में पारदर्शिता बनाए रखने पर भी बल दिया।

38 उत्कृष्ट मुखियाओं को सम्मानित किया गया

सम्मेलन के दौरान भाग लेने वाले कई मुखियाओं ने अपने अनुभव साझा किए और शिक्षा व्यवस्था को और अधिक प्रभावी बनाने के लिए महत्वपूर्ण सुझाव दिए। शिक्षा के क्षेत्र में बेहतरीन कार्य करने वाले 38 मुखियाओं को सम्मानित किया गया, जिससे अन्य जनप्रतिनिधियों को भी प्रेरणा मिले।

शिक्षा और विकास के लिए सामूहिक प्रयास की जरूरत

सम्मेलन में उपस्थित अन्य प्रशासनिक अधिकारियों ने भी शिक्षा को समाज की रीढ़ बताते हुए इसे मजबूत करने के लिए सामूहिक प्रयासों की आवश्यकता पर बल दिया। सम्मेलन का समापन “हर बच्चा शिक्षित हो, हर गांव प्रगतिशील हो” के संकल्प के साथ किया गया।
