हैदराबाद टनल हादसा: गुमला लौटे मजदूरों ने बयां किया भयावह मंजर, बकाया भुगतान की मांग

गुमला, मार्च 2025: तेलंगाना के नगरकुरनूल जिले में श्रीशैलम लेफ्ट बैंक कैनाल (SLBC) टनल परियोजना के एक हिस्से के ढह जाने की दुर्भाग्यपूर्ण घटना के बाद, गुमला जिले के 30 मजदूर शुक्रवार देर रात अपने घर लौट आए। वहीं, 15 अन्य मजदूरों के शनिवार रात तक पहुंचने की संभावना है, जबकि 40 मजदूर अभी भी लौटने की प्रक्रिया में हैं। लौटे मजदूरों ने दावा किया कि टनल के अंदर से दुर्गंध आ रही है, जिससे वहां फंसे आठ मजदूरों के जीवित होने की संभावना लगभग समाप्त हो गई है।

टनल धंसने के बाद मजदूरों में दहशत, 8 अब भी लापता

हादसे के समय झारखंड, उत्तर प्रदेश, पंजाब और जम्मू-कश्मीर के करीब 90 मजदूर टनल के प्रवेश द्वार पर काम कर रहे थे। अचानक टनल का एक हिस्सा गिरने से वहां अफरा-तफरी मच गई, जिसके बाद कई मजदूर किसी तरह बाहर भागने में सफल रहे। हालांकि, गुमला जिले के चार मजदूर समेत कुल आठ श्रमिक अंदर फंस गए, जिनमें संतोष साहू (तिर्रा ग्राम), अनुज साहू (खंभिया कुंबा टोली), जगत खेस (कोबी टोली) और संदीप साहू (उमड़ा नकटी टोली) शामिल हैं।

मजदूरों का आरोप: समय पर मदद नहीं मिली

लौटे मजदूरों ने आरोप लगाया कि हादसे के बाद भी टनल निर्माण कंपनी ने तत्काल कोई ठोस बचाव कार्य शुरू नहीं किया। यदि समय रहते प्रयास किए जाते, तो संभवतः अंदर फंसे मजदूरों को सुरक्षित निकाला जा सकता था।

एक मजदूर ने कहा,
“हमारे साथी अंदर फंसे रहे, लेकिन प्रबंधन की ओर से उन्हें बचाने के लिए कोई प्रभावी कदम नहीं उठाया गया। अब टनल से तेज दुर्गंध आ रही है, जिससे हमें उनके जीवित होने की संभावना ना के बराबर लग रही है।”

बकाया मजदूरी की मांग पर कंपनी चुप

लौटने वाले 85 मजदूरों ने अपनी बकाया मजदूरी की मांग की, लेकिन कंपनी के अधिकारियों ने कोई स्पष्ट जवाब नहीं दिया। निराश मजदूर भूखे-प्यासे, बस और ट्रेनों से किसी तरह गुमला लौटे।

एक अन्य मजदूर ने कहा,
“अब हम मर जाएंगे, लेकिन दोबारा तेलंगाना या किसी और राज्य में काम करने नहीं जाएंगे। अब अपने गांव में ही खेती-बाड़ी करेंगे।”

अब भी फंसे मजदूरों की तलाश जारी

अब तक प्रशासन की ओर से फंसे हुए मजदूरों को निकालने के लिए प्रभावी प्रयास नहीं दिखे हैं। इस बीच, परिजन अपने लापता रिश्तेदारों की सुरक्षा को लेकर चिंतित हैं और सरकार से त्वरित कार्रवाई की मांग कर रहे हैं।

टनल हादसे के बाद लौटते मजदूरों की आंखों में डर साफ झलक रहा था। अब सवाल यह है कि क्या प्रशासन और संबंधित कंपनी इस त्रासदी के लिए जवाबदेह होगी?
