किसानों के लिए सरकार की बड़ी पहल: सस्ता ऋण, बढ़ी हुई सीमा और ब्याज में राहत

गुमला, मार्च 2025: केंद्र सरकार ने कृषि क्षेत्र को और अधिक सशक्त बनाने के उद्देश्य से संशोधित ब्याज सहायता योजना (MISS) के तहत किसानों को मिलने वाले ऋण की सीमा ₹3 लाख से बढ़ाकर ₹5 लाख कर दी है। इस पहल का उद्देश्य किसानों को सस्ते और आसान ऋण उपलब्ध कराना है, जिससे वे अपनी खेती और अन्य कृषि गतिविधियों में अधिक निवेश कर सकें।

कृषि और ग्रामीण समृद्धि पर वेबिनार में की गई घोषणा

1 मार्च 2025 को “कृषि और ग्रामीण समृद्धि पर बजट के बाद वेबिनार” का आयोजन किया गया, जिसमें प्रधानमंत्री नरेंद्र मोदी ने उद्घाटन भाषण दिया। इस कार्यक्रम में कृषि और किसान कल्याण विभाग, भारतीय रिजर्व बैंक (RBI), नाबार्ड, अनुसूचित वाणिज्यिक बैंक (SCB), क्षेत्रीय ग्रामीण बैंक (RRB), राज्य सहकारी बैंक (StCB), जिला केंद्रीय सहकारी बैंक (DCCB), राज्य स्तरीय बैंकर्स समिति (SLBC) और कृषि विकास केंद्र (KVK) के प्रतिनिधि शामिल हुए।

किसानों को सस्ती दर पर मिलेगा ऋण

सरकार के अनुसार, किसान क्रेडिट कार्ड (KCC) के तहत अब किसानों को 4% की प्रभावी ब्याज दर पर ऋण उपलब्ध होगा। भारतीय रिजर्व बैंक (RBI) ने भी जमानत मुक्त KCC ऋण की सीमा ₹1.6 लाख से बढ़ाकर ₹2.2 लाख कर दी है।

एक बड़े बदलाव के रूप में, केंद्र सरकार ने संशोधित ब्याज सहायता योजना (MISS) के तहत किसानों के लिए ऋण सीमा ₹3 लाख से बढ़ाकर ₹5 लाख कर दी है। यह कदम छोटे और सीमांत किसानों को वित्तीय संकट से उबारने और कृषि में अधिक निवेश को प्रोत्साहित करने के लिए उठाया गया है।

फसल उत्पादन से लेकर पशुपालन तक होगा फायदा

इस योजना का लाभ किसानों को फसल उत्पादन, बागवानी, पशुपालन, मत्स्य पालन और अन्य कृषि गतिविधियों के लिए कार्यशील पूंजी जुटाने में मिलेगा। सरकार का लक्ष्य 2029-30 तक कृषि अल्पकालिक ऋण को 20 लाख करोड़ रुपये तक पहुंचाना है, जिससे किसानों को समय पर और किफायती ऋण उपलब्ध कराया जा सके।

पिछले एक दशक में सरकार ने दिए 1.44 लाख करोड़ रुपये

MISS योजना के माध्यम से सरकार ने पिछले वर्षों में किसानों को 1.44 लाख करोड़ रुपये की वित्तीय सहायता प्रदान की है। इस पहल के माध्यम से ग्रामीण क्षेत्रों में ऋण की उपलब्धता बढ़ेगी और किसानों को आत्मनिर्भर बनने में सहायता मिलेगी।

कृषि क्षेत्र के लिए ऐतिहासिक कदम

सरकार की इस योजना से किसानों को बेहतर वित्तीय सहायता मिलेगी और वे बिना किसी अतिरिक्त दबाव के कृषि कार्य कर सकेंगे। यह योजना भारत में कृषि ऋण प्रणाली को नई दिशा देने के साथ-साथ किसानों को मजबूत आर्थिक आधार प्रदान करेगी।
