गुमला में ई-जनशिकायत कार्यक्रम: रायडीह और सिसई प्रखंड के नागरिकों ने ऑनलाइन साझा की समस्याएं

गुमला, मार्च 2025: उपायुक्त कर्ण सत्यार्थी की अध्यक्षता में आयोजित साप्ताहिक ई-जनशिकायत कार्यक्रम में रायडीह और सिसई प्रखंड के नागरिकों ने वीडियो कॉन्फ्रेंसिंग (VC) के माध्यम से अपनी समस्याएं साझा की। इस ऑनलाइन संवाद में पेंशन, राशन, प्रधानमंत्री किसान योजना (PM-KISAN), सड़क और आवास निर्माण, जलमीनार व चेकडैम की मरम्मत समेत कई महत्वपूर्ण मुद्दे उठाए गए।

30 से अधिक आवेदकों ने रखी अपनी समस्याएं

कार्यक्रम में रायडीह और सिसई प्रखंड के 30 से अधिक आवेदकों ने भाग लिया और सरकारी योजनाओं के क्रियान्वयन में आ रही दिक्कतों को प्रशासन के सामने रखा। उपायुक्त ने सभी शिकायतों को गंभीरता से सुना और तत्काल समाधान योग्य समस्याओं के निपटारे के लिए संबंधित अधिकारियों को निर्देशित किया।

समस्याओं के त्वरित समाधान के निर्देश

उपायुक्त ने संबंधित प्रखंड विकास पदाधिकारियों (BDO) को निर्देश दिया कि वे आवेदकों की समस्याओं का शीघ्र समाधान करें। उन्होंने स्पष्ट किया कि प्रशासन जनता की समस्याओं को प्राथमिकता के आधार पर हल करने के लिए प्रतिबद्ध है और स्थानीय स्तर पर हल की जा सकने वाली शिकायतों को तत्काल निपटाने के निर्देश दिए गए।

प्रमुख मुद्दे और समाधान

✔ आवास निर्माण, सड़क व नाली निर्माण, जलमीनार मरम्मत, आंगनबाड़ी केंद्रों के सुधार और चेकडैम निर्माण से जुड़ी समस्याएं उठाई गईं।
✔ राशन और पेंशन योजनाओं में आ रही दिक्कतों को ऑन द स्पॉट सुलझाने का निर्देश दिया गया।
✔ प्रधानमंत्री किसान योजना (PM-KISAN) के लाभार्थियों की शिकायतों को गंभीरता से लिया गया।

प्रशासन की प्रतिबद्धता

उपायुक्त कर्ण सत्यार्थी ने कहा कि ई-जनशिकायत कार्यक्रम का उद्देश्य नागरिकों को त्वरित समाधान प्रदान करना और उनकी शिकायतों को सुनकर प्रशासनिक कार्रवाई सुनिश्चित करना है। उन्होंने अधिकारियों को समस्याओं के निष्पादन में लापरवाही न बरतने और समयबद्ध कार्रवाई करने के निर्देश दिए।

यह कार्यक्रम प्रशासन और नागरिकों के बीच सकारात्मक संवाद स्थापित करने की दिशा में एक प्रभावी पहल साबित हो रहा है, जिससे क्षेत्र के विकास कार्यों में तेजी आने की उम्मीद है।
