साप्ताहिक जन शिकायत निवारण दिवस में उपायुक्त ने सुनी जनता की समस्याएं और दिए त्वरित समाधान के निर्देश

कई समस्याओं का समाधान ऑन द स्पॉट किया गया

गुमला : – गुमला जिले में नागरिकों की समस्याओं के त्वरित निवारण हेतु आयोजित साप्ताहिक जन शिकायत निवारण दिवस में उपायुक्त गुमला कर्ण सत्यार्थी की अध्यक्षता में विभिन्न मुद्दों पर सुनवाई की गई। जिले के दूर-दराज से आए नागरिकों ने उपायुक्त गुमला से मुलाकात कर अपनी समस्याओं को रखा, जिन पर आवश्यक निर्देश दिए गए।

अशोक कुमार पाण्डेय, राजस्व उपनिरीक्षक दिनांक 31/01/2023 को सेवानिवृत्त हो गए हैं। लेकिन अबतक इन्हें इनकी बकाया राशि का भुगतान नहीं किया गया है। जिससे इन्हें आर्थिक परेशानी हो रही है। उपायुक्त गुमला ने इस मामले में संबंधित अधिकारियों को उचित कार्रवाई करने के निर्देश दिए।

गुमला प्रखंड निवासी अशोक राम मोची ने सेवानिवृति के उपरांत किसी भी सरकारी कार्यालय अथवा स्कूल में चौकीदार के पद पर नियुक्त करने हेतु इन्होंने उपायुक्त गुमला से आग्रह किया है। उपायुक्त गुमला ने उक्त आवेदन पर संबंधित अधिकारियों को नियमानुसार उचित कार्रवाई करने के निर्देश दिए।

शिवम् कुमार पाण्डेय,(दिव्यांग) वर्तमान में अंचल कार्यालय,भरनो में अनुसेवक के पद पर कार्यरत हैं। किंतु इनकी प्रतिनियुक्ति अंचल कार्यालय,जारी में कर दी गई है। और यह स्पाइनल कार्ड ट्यूमर की बीमारी से ग्रसित हैं। इन्होंने आग्रह किया है कि इन्हें दिव्यांग अनुकूल कार्यालय में प्रतिनियुक्त किया जाए जिससे कि वह अपने कार्य का निर्वहन कुशलतापूर्वक कर सकें। उपायुक्त ने इनके आवेदन पर संबंधित अधिकारियों को उचित कार्रवाई करने के निर्देश दिए।

गुमला प्रखण्ड स्थित फोरी, जुंगाटोली ग्राम निवासी जितिया लोहरा दिव्यांग हैं और चना बेचकर किसी प्रकार अपना जीवन यापन कर रहे हैं। इन्होंने इलेक्ट्रॉनिक रिक्शा हेतु आवेदन दिया है और आग्रह किया है कि इन्हें इलेक्ट्रॉनिक रिक्शा उपलब्ध कराया जाए। उपायुक्त गुमला ने संबंधित अधिकारी को उचित कार्रवाई हेतु निर्देश दिया।
चैनपुर प्रखंड अंतर्गत जिरमी, मनातू ग्राम एवं कुरुमगढ़ ग्राम निवासी आम जनों ने वन पट्टा दिलाने हेतु आवेदन सौंपा है। उक्त गांव में बीते तीस वर्षों से वन पट्टा नहीं मिला है। उपायुक्त गुमला ने इनके आवेदन पर संबंधित अधिकारियों को नियमानुसार उचित कार्रवाई करने के निर्देश दिए।

दिव्यांग श्रेणी के बच्चों के लिए रांची जिले के तर्ज पर गुमला जिले में दीपशिखा केंद्र खोलने हेतु आवेदन दिया गया। जिससे गुमला जिले के वैसे बच्चे, जो किसी सामान्य स्कूल में नहीं पढ़ पाते एवं बच्चों से घुल मिल नहीं पाते, उन्हें भी स्कूल जाने का अवसर मिल सकेगा। उपायुक्त गुमला ने संबंधित अधिकारियों को आवश्यक कार्रवाई के निर्देश दिए।

इस दौरान कई नागरिकों ने छात्रवृत्ति,बीपीएल,रोजगार,वेतन भुगतान संबंधी,नाली निर्माण,आंगनवाड़ी सहायिका नियुक्ति में गड़बड़ी,भूमि बंदोबस्ती,जमीन मापी संबंधी अपनी समस्याओं के समाधान हेतु आवेदन दिए। उपायुक्त गुमला ने लगभग चालीस से अधिक आवेदकों से मुलाकात की और उनकी समस्याओं को सुना। उन्होंने कई मामलों का निष्पादन ऑन द स्पॉट पर ही सामाधान कर दिया और अधिकारियों को निर्देशित दिया कि सभी शिकायतों का त्वरित समाधान सुनिश्चित किया जाए।
