गुमला: गुमला जिले के चैनपुर-कुरुमगढ़ थाना क्षेत्र अंतर्गत गकुटवन गांव में एक युवक ने फांसी लगाकर आत्महत्या कर ली। मृतक की पहचान कृष्णा मुंडा (पिता – बिरसू मुंडा) के रूप में हुई है। बताया जा रहा है कि वह लंबे समय से मानसिक तनाव से जूझ रहा था और रविवार को घर में अकेले होने के दौरान उसने यह कदम उठा लिया।
घर में अकेले थे, मानसिक तनाव में थे कृष्णा
परिजनों और पड़ोसियों के अनुसार, कृष्णा पिछले कुछ दिनों से काफी चुप-चाप और परेशान नजर आ रहे थे। उनके व्यवहार में भी असामान्य बदलाव देखने को मिला था, जिससे उनकी मानसिक स्थिति बिगड़ती जा रही थी। इसी तनाव के चलते उन्होंने अपने घर में फांसी लगाकर आत्महत्या कर ली।
पुलिस ने शव को पोस्टमार्टम के लिए भेजा
घटना की सूचना मिलते ही कुरुमगढ़ थाना प्रभारी वी. के. चेतन अपनी टीम के साथ मौके पर पहुंचे और मामले की जांच शुरू की। शव को कब्जे में लेकर पोस्टमार्टम के लिए गुमला सदर अस्पताल भेज दिया गया। सोमवार को पोस्टमार्टम के बाद शव परिजनों को सौंप दिया गया।
पुलिस कर रही जांच, पोस्टमार्टम रिपोर्ट का इंतजार
पुलिस अधिकारियों ने बताया कि आत्महत्या के कारणों की पुष्टि के लिए विस्तृत जांच की जा रही है। सभी पहलुओं पर गौर किया जा रहा है और पोस्टमार्टम रिपोर्ट आने के बाद ही वास्तविक कारणों का पता चल सकेगा।
जरूरी हेल्पलाइन और मानसिक स्वास्थ्य पर जागरूकता की जरूरत
मानसिक तनाव और अवसाद से जुड़े मामलों में बढ़ोतरी चिंताजनक है। यदि कोई व्यक्ति मानसिक तनाव से जूझ रहा हो तो मनोचिकित्सक से परामर्श लेना जरूरी है। जरूरतमंदों के लिए सरकार और कई संगठनों द्वारा मानसिक स्वास्थ्य हेल्पलाइन भी संचालित की जाती हैं, जहां से उचित मार्गदर्शन लिया जा सकता है।
