गुमला: जिले में नागरिकों की समस्याओं के त्वरित समाधान के लिए आयोजित साप्ताहिक जन शिकायत निवारण दिवस में उपायुक्त कर्ण सत्यार्थी की अध्यक्षता में विभिन्न जनसमस्याओं की सुनवाई की गई। जिले के विभिन्न प्रखंडों और दूरदराज के गांवों से आए नागरिकों ने अपनी शिकायतें रखीं, जिन पर उपायुक्त ने संबंधित अधिकारियों को त्वरित कार्रवाई के निर्देश दिए।
प्रमुख शिकायतें और प्रशासन द्वारा दिए गए निर्देश:
🔹 एनएच 23 (पलमा-गुमला मार्ग) के भूमि अधिग्रहण में अनियमितता:
शिकायतकर्ताओं ने बताया कि भूमि अधिग्रहण मुआवजा राशि का अवैध तरीके से भुगतान किया गया है। इस पर उपायुक्त ने संबंधित अधिकारियों को जांच कर आवश्यक कार्रवाई करने का निर्देश दिया।
🔹 भरनो अंचल अधिकारी द्वारा दाखिल-खारिज आवेदन खारिज करने की शिकायत:
एक नागरिक ने अपनी जमीन से संबंधित दाखिल-खारिज आवेदन को अस्वीकार करने की शिकायत की। उपायुक्त ने अंचल अधिकारी को जांच कर उचित कार्रवाई करने को कहा।
🔹 रायडीह के बहेरापाठ गांव में पानी की समस्या:
गांव के लोगों ने बताया कि उन्हें दूर से पानी लाना पड़ता है, जिससे गर्मी में परेशानी बढ़ जाएगी। उपायुक्त ने संबंधित अधिकारियों को जल आपूर्ति बहाल करने के निर्देश दिए।
🔹 बिजली के तार की चपेट में आने से फसल जलकर राख:
ग्राम माही उरांव ने बताया कि उसकी फसल बिजली के तार से संपर्क में आने से जलकर नष्ट हो गई। इस पर उपायुक्त ने मुआवजा प्रक्रिया जल्द शुरू करने को कहा।
समाधान की दिशा में उठाए गए कदम
जन सुनवाई में भूमि मुआवजा, रोजगार, वेतन भुगतान, आंगनवाड़ी सहायिका नियुक्ति, भूमि बंदोबस्ती और अन्य मुद्दों पर 40 से अधिक आवेदकों की शिकायतों को सुना गया।
उपायुक्त ने कई मामलों का मौके पर ही समाधान किया और संबंधित अधिकारियों को निर्देश दिया कि सभी शिकायतों का शीघ्र निपटारा सुनिश्चित किया जाए।
यह पहल नागरिकों की समस्याओं को सीधे प्रशासन तक पहुंचाने और उनका त्वरित समाधान निकालने में एक प्रभावी माध्यम बन रही है।
