चुनाव सुधार पर चर्चा के लिए राजनीतिक दलों को आमंत्रण, निर्वाचन आयोग ने मांगे सुझाव

गुमला: भारत निर्वाचन आयोग ने राष्ट्रीय और राज्य स्तरीय राजनीतिक दलों को 30 अप्रैल 2025 तक निर्वाचक निबंधन पदाधिकारी, जिला निर्वाचन पदाधिकारी या मुख्य निर्वाचन पदाधिकारी के स्तर पर अनसुलझे मुद्दों पर सुझाव देने के लिए आमंत्रित किया है। आयोग ने राजनीतिक दलों के अध्यक्षों और वरिष्ठ नेताओं से बातचीत कर चुनावी प्रक्रियाओं को और अधिक मजबूत और पारदर्शी बनाने का प्रस्ताव रखा है।

चुनावी प्रक्रिया को पारदर्शी बनाने पर जोर

गत सप्ताह चुनाव आयोग के सम्मेलन में मुख्य चुनाव आयुक्त ज्ञानेश कुमार ने सभी राज्यों और केंद्र शासित प्रदेशों के मुख्य निर्वाचन पदाधिकारियों, जिला निर्वाचन अधिकारियों और निर्वाचक निबंधन अधिकारियों को निर्देश दिया कि वे राजनीतिक दलों से नियमित बैठकें करें और प्राप्त सुझावों को कानूनी ढांचे के भीतर हल करने का प्रयास करें। इसके साथ ही 31 मार्च 2025 तक कार्रवाई रिपोर्ट आयोग को सौंपने के निर्देश दिए गए हैं।

लोकतांत्रिक प्रक्रिया में राजनीतिक दलों की भागीदारी

संविधान और वैधानिक ढांचे के अनुसार चुनावी प्रक्रिया के सभी पहलुओं को कवर करने वाले 28 प्रमुख हितधारकों में राजनीतिक दल भी शामिल हैं। आयोग ने अपने पत्र में उल्लेख किया कि लोक प्रतिनिधित्व अधिनियम 1950 और 1951, निर्वाचक रजिस्ट्रेशन नियम 1960, चुनाव संचालन नियम 1961, सुप्रीम कोर्ट के आदेश और आयोग के निर्देशों के माध्यम से एक स्वतंत्र, निष्पक्ष और पारदर्शी कानूनी ढांचा तैयार किया गया है।

राजनीतिक दलों से सक्रिय भागीदारी की अपील

निर्वाचन आयोग ने राजनीतिक दलों से अनुरोध किया है कि वे विकेंद्रीकृत भागीदारी तंत्र का पूरा लाभ उठाएं और चुनावी प्रक्रिया को और अधिक मजबूत और निष्पक्ष बनाने में योगदान दें। आयोग ने यह भी स्पष्ट किया कि सभी आधिकारिक दस्तावेज और दिशानिर्देश भारत निर्वाचन आयोग की वेबसाइट पर उपलब्ध हैं।

चुनाव आयोग की इस पहल का उद्देश्य लोकतंत्र को और अधिक पारदर्शी, निष्पक्ष और जवाबदेह बनाना है, जिससे सभी राजनीतिक दल सुचारू और निष्पक्ष चुनाव प्रक्रिया में अपनी भूमिका सुनिश्चित कर सकें।
