हजारीबाग मेडिकल कॉलेज अस्पताल में सांसद मनीष जायसवाल के निरीक्षण का असर, व्यवस्थाओं में बड़े सुधार

हजारीबाग: सदर अस्पताल और मेडिकल कॉलेज अस्पताल की अव्यवस्थाओं को लेकर लगातार सक्रिय रहने वाले हजारीबाग लोकसभा सांसद मनीष जायसवाल ने बीते शुक्रवार अस्पताल का औचक निरीक्षण किया। निरीक्षण के दौरान उन्होंने अस्पताल की कई खामियों को उजागर किया और अधीक्षक डॉ. अनुकरण पूर्ति व उपाधीक्षक डॉ. ए. के. सिंह से तीखे सवाल किए। इस निरीक्षण के बाद अस्पताल प्रबंधन में हड़कंप मच गया और तत्काल सुधारात्मक कदम उठाने पड़े।

सांसद द्वारा उठाए गए प्रमुख सवाल:

सांसद मनीष जायसवाल ने अस्पताल की निम्नलिखित समस्याओं को उजागर किया:
✔ ऑक्सीजन प्लांट वर्षों से बंद पड़ा है।
✔ रविवार को पैथोलॉजी लैब बंद रहती है, जिससे मरीजों को परेशानी होती है।
✔ पंजीकरण काउंटर में स्टाफ की कमी के कारण लंबी कतारें लगती हैं।
✔ मरीजों को बेडशीट, कंबल, व्हीलचेयर और स्ट्रेचर के लिए ₹100 या मोबाइल गिरवी रखने को मजबूर किया जाता है।
✔ कैथेटर लगाने और ड्रेसिंग कराने के नाम पर अनाधिकृत वसूली हो रही है।
✔ अल्ट्रासाउंड सेवा अब तक शुरू नहीं की गई और पोस्टमार्टम में अनावश्यक देरी होती है।
✔ सीनियर डॉक्टर दूसरी पाली में ओपीडी और रात में उपलब्ध नहीं रहते।
✔ ब्लड बैंक में प्लाज्मा सेपरेशन सुविधा चालू नहीं हुई।
✔ अस्पताल परिसर में स्वास्थ्यकर्मियों द्वारा धूम्रपान और अन्य व्यसनों का सेवन किया जाता है।

सांसद की सक्रियता से आई व्यवस्था में तेजी से सुधार

निरीक्षण के कुछ ही घंटों बाद, अस्पताल अधीक्षक ने सांसद को लिखित जवाब भेजा और सुधारात्मक कार्रवाई की जानकारी दी:
✅ रविवार को भी पैथोलॉजी लैब चालू रहेगी।
✅ मरीजों से बेडशीट, कंबल, स्ट्रेचर और व्हीलचेयर के लिए सिक्योरिटी मनी नहीं ली जाएगी।
✅ लेबर रूम और अन्य वार्डों में अनधिकृत वसूली पर रोक लगाई गई और दोषियों पर कड़ी कार्रवाई की चेतावनी दी गई।
✅ पोस्टमार्टम में देरी रोकने के लिए समय निर्धारित किया गया।
✅ ब्लड बैंक में प्लाज्मा सेपरेशन प्रक्रिया जल्द शुरू होगी।
✅ बंद पड़े पीएसए ऑक्सीजन प्लांट की मरम्मत का कार्य डीएमएफटी हजारीबाग द्वारा किया जा रहा है।
✅ चिकित्सकों की ड्यूटी सुनिश्चित करने के लिए विभागीय बैठक बुलाई गई।

अस्पताल में दिखने लगा सुधार

सांसद जायसवाल के निरीक्षण के बाद अस्पताल के विभिन्न वार्डों में सभी बेड पर बेडशीट उपलब्ध करा दी गई और चिकित्सा कर्मियों की कार्यशैली में बदलाव नजर आने लगा। डॉक्टर और कर्मचारी अब अधिक मुस्तैद दिखाई दे रहे हैं।

सांसद मनीष जायसवाल का बयान

उन्होंने कहा, “जनता की जरूरतों के लिए मैं हमेशा तत्पर रहूंगा। अस्पताल की व्यवस्थाओं में सुधार के लिए यह सिर्फ एक शुरुआत है, आने वाले समय में और भी आवश्यक बदलाव सुनिश्चित किए जाएंगे।”

यह निरीक्षण अस्पताल की कार्यप्रणाली को सुधारने की दिशा में एक बड़ा कदम साबित हुआ, जिससे मरीजों को बेहतर सुविधाएं मिलेंगी और भ्रष्टाचार पर लगाम लगाई जा सकेगी।
