गुमला में जन शिकायत निवारण दिवस: उपायुक्त ने सुनीं जनता की समस्याएं, दिए त्वरित समाधान के निर्देश

गुमला: जिले में नागरिकों की समस्याओं के त्वरित निवारण के लिए आयोजित साप्ताहिक जन शिकायत निवारण दिवस में उपायुक्त कर्ण सत्यार्थी ने आम जनता की शिकायतें सुनीं और संबंधित अधिकारियों को त्वरित समाधान के निर्देश दिए। दूर-दराज से आए नागरिकों ने अपनी समस्याओं को उपायुक्त के समक्ष रखा, जिन पर आवश्यक कार्रवाई सुनिश्चित करने का आश्वासन दिया गया।

प्रखंड स्तर पर प्रशासनिक नियुक्तियों की मांग

जारी प्रखंड में प्रखंड विकास पदाधिकारी और अंचल अधिकारी के पद रिक्त होने के कारण ग्रामीणों को प्रशासनिक कार्यों में कठिनाइयों का सामना करना पड़ रहा है। इस संबंध में जनप्रतिनिधियों ने इन पदों पर शीघ्र नियुक्ति की मांग को लेकर आवेदन दिया। उपायुक्त ने इस विषय पर सम्बंधित विभाग को आवश्यक निर्देश जारी किए।

राशन वितरण में अनियमितताओं की शिकायत

घाघरा प्रखंड के बिमरला पंचायत के खुखराडीह गांव से राशन डीलर द्वारा मनमाने तरीके से राशन वितरण किए जाने की शिकायत प्राप्त हुई। शिकायतकर्ता ने आरोप लगाया कि राशन डीलर निर्धारित मात्रा से कम राशन दे रहा है, जिसकी पूर्व में भी शिकायत की गई थी, लेकिन कोई कार्रवाई नहीं हुई। उपायुक्त ने इस मामले को गंभीरता से लेते हुए जिला आपूर्ति पदाधिकारी को उचित कार्रवाई के निर्देश दिए।

आंगनबाड़ी सहायिका चयन में देरी पर असंतोष

सिसई प्रखंड की भदौली पंचायत के सकरौली गांव में आंगनबाड़ी सहायिका चयनित होने के बावजूद दो महीने बाद भी कोई सूचना नहीं दी गई। इस मुद्दे पर उपायुक्त ने संबंधित अधिकारियों को शीघ्र जानकारी उपलब्ध कराने और आवश्यक कार्रवाई करने का निर्देश दिया।

ग्रामीण सड़कों की बदहाली पर उठी आवाज

डुमरी प्रखंड के कांसीर पंचायत के जमगाई गांव में सड़क निर्माण न होने के कारण ग्रामीणों को आवागमन में भारी परेशानी हो रही है। स्थानीय निवासियों ने इस समस्या के समाधान के लिए आवेदन दिया। उपायुक्त ने संबंधित विभाग को स्थल जांच कर उचित कार्रवाई करने के निर्देश दिए।

50 से अधिक आवेदकों की शिकायतों पर त्वरित कार्रवाई

इस जन सुनवाई कार्यक्रम के दौरान भूमि विवाद, वेतन भुगतान, नाली निर्माण, आंगनबाड़ी सहायिका नियुक्ति, भूमि बंदोबस्ती, जमीन मापी और वन पट्टा जैसे विभिन्न विषयों पर 50 से अधिक आवेदकों की समस्याएं सुनी गईं। उपायुक्त ने कई मामलों का मौके पर ही समाधान किया और अधिकारियों को निर्देश दिया कि प्रत्येक शिकायत का शीघ्र समाधान सुनिश्चित किया जाए।

जन शिकायत निवारण दिवस में प्रशासन की सक्रिय भागीदारी और समाधानपरक दृष्टिकोण ने नागरिकों को राहत दी और प्रशासन पर उनका विश्वास मजबूत किया।
