श्रमिक कल्याण योजनाओं की समीक्षा बैठक संपन्न, मजदूरों को मिलेगी आर्थिक सहायता

गुमला: श्रमिकों के कल्याण को लेकर गुमला सिविल सर्जन की अध्यक्षता में एक महत्वपूर्ण बैठक का आयोजन किया गया। बैठक में झारखंड भवन एवं अन्य सन्निर्माण कर्मकार कल्याण बोर्ड और झारखंड असंगठित कर्मकार सामाजिक सुरक्षा योजना के तहत संचालित विभिन्न योजनाओं की समीक्षा की गई। इस दौरान मजदूरों के लिए चिकित्सा सहायता योजना, चिकित्सा प्रतिपूर्ति योजना और मातृत्व प्रसुविधा योजना पर विस्तार से चर्चा की गई।

श्रमिकों को मिलेंगे ये लाभ

बैठक में गुमला श्रम अधीक्षक ने बताया कि निर्माण क्षेत्र से जुड़े श्रमिकों को गंभीर बीमारियों के दौरान आर्थिक सहायता दी जाएगी। यदि कोई श्रमिक पांच या उससे अधिक दिनों तक अस्पताल में भर्ती रहता है, तो न्यूनतम मजदूरी का भुगतान श्रम विभाग द्वारा किया जाएगा। इस योजना के तहत अधिकतम 40 दिनों की मजदूरी प्रदान की जाएगी।

इसके अलावा, श्रमिकों के कल्याण के लिए निम्नलिखित योजनाओं पर भी चर्चा हुई:

1. चिकित्सा प्रतिपूर्ति योजना: अस्पताल में भर्ती रहने वाले मजदूरों को न्यूनतम मजदूरी का भुगतान किया जाएगा, जो अधिकतम 40 दिनों तक मिलेगा। यह सहायता DBT (डायरेक्ट बेनिफिट ट्रांसफर) के माध्यम से दी जाएगी।
2. चिकित्सा सहायता योजना: गंभीर बीमारियों से ग्रसित मजदूरों को आर्थिक सहायता प्रदान की जाएगी, जिससे वे उचित इलाज करा सकें।
3. मातृत्व प्रसुविधा योजना: इस योजना के तहत प्रथम दो प्रसव के लिए 15,000 रुपये की सहायता राशि का प्रावधान किया गया है।
4. दुर्घटना बीमा योजना: यदि किसी श्रमिक की मृत्यु या दुर्घटना होती है, तो परिवार को 4 लाख रुपये तक का मुआवजा दिया जाएगा।

बैठक में वरिष्ठ अधिकारी रहे मौजूद

इस महत्वपूर्ण बैठक में सिविल सर्जन, श्रम अधीक्षक, जिला यक्ष्मा पदाधिकारी, अपर मुख्य चिकित्सा पदाधिकारी सह उपाधीक्षक, डीपीएम समेत कई चिकित्सा पदाधिकारी और अन्य अधिकारी उपस्थित रहे।

सरकार का उद्देश्य इन योजनाओं के माध्यम से मजदूरों को स्वास्थ्य और आर्थिक सुरक्षा प्रदान करना है, ताकि वे बिना किसी परेशानी के अपने कार्य में संलग्न रह सकें।
