गुमला में ईद, रामनवमी और सरहुल को लेकर विधि-व्यवस्था की तैयारी तेज

गुमला: आगामी ईद, रामनवमी और सरहुल के मद्देनजर जिले में कानून-व्यवस्था सुनिश्चित करने के लिए गुमला उपायुक्त कर्ण सत्यार्थी और पुलिस अधीक्षक शंभू कुमार सिंह की संयुक्त अध्यक्षता में एक महत्वपूर्ण बैठक आयोजित की गई। यह बैठक समाहरणालय सभागार में हुई, जिसमें जिले के अनुमंडल पदाधिकारी, पुलिस पदाधिकारी, प्रखंड विकास अधिकारी, अंचल अधिकारी और थाना प्रभारी उपस्थित रहे।

विवादित स्थलों और सुरक्षा व्यवस्था की समीक्षा

बैठक में पुलिस अधीक्षक शंभू कुमार सिंह ने सभी थाना प्रभारियों को रूट वेरिफिकेशन, विवादास्पद स्थलों की मौजूदा स्थिति और सुरक्षा प्रबंधों की समीक्षा करने का निर्देश दिया। उन्होंने शहरी क्षेत्रों में CCTV कैमरों की पर्याप्त व्यवस्था, ग्रामीण इलाकों में वीडियोग्राफी और प्रकाश व्यवस्था सुनिश्चित करने के साथ-साथ पशु तस्करी पर कड़ी निगरानी रखने के निर्देश दिए।

रामनवमी जुलूस के लिए विशेष निर्देश

रामनवमी के दौरान निकलने वाले जुलूस में बजने वाले डीजे गानों की पूर्व जांच करने पर जोर दिया गया। थाना प्रभारियों को निर्देशित किया गया कि पेन ड्राइव में रिकॉर्ड किए गए गानों की जांच कर सुनिश्चित करें कि कोई भड़काऊ गीत न बजाया जाए। डीजे संचालकों से लिखित अंडरटेकिंग लेने की बात भी कही गई, जिससे वे प्रतिबंधित गाने न बजाएं।

विधि-व्यवस्था बनाए रखने के लिए सतर्कता

उपायुक्त कर्ण सत्यार्थी ने अधिकारियों को हर परिस्थिति में सतर्क रहने और पूर्व तैयारी सुनिश्चित करने का निर्देश दिया। उन्होंने कहा कि जहां अब तक शांति समिति की बैठकें नहीं हुई हैं, वहां तुरंत बैठक आयोजित की जाए। ट्रैफिक प्रबंधन को लेकर भी CCTV कैमरों की जांच और भीड़भाड़ वाले इलाकों में यातायात नियंत्रण की सख्त व्यवस्था के निर्देश दिए गए।

पशु तस्करी और सोशल मीडिया मॉनिटरिंग पर विशेष जोर

पुलिस अधीक्षक ने पशु तस्करी रोकने के लिए विशेष निगरानी रखने और जांच अभियान तेज करने की बात कही। इसके अलावा, सोशल मीडिया पर अफवाहों और भ्रामक सूचनाओं के प्रसार पर रोक लगाने के लिए प्रशासन को सतर्क रहने के निर्देश दिए गए।

पूजा समितियों और अखाड़ा समूहों के लिए गाइडलाइंस

बैठक में तय किया गया कि जुलूस निकालने वाले समूहों को समय पर लाइसेंस जारी किए जाएं और अखाड़ा समितियों एवं वालंटियर्स के नाम लाइसेंस में दर्ज किए जाएं। पूजा समितियों को निर्देश दिया गया कि वे प्रशासन को डीजे संचालकों और वाहनों की जानकारी पहले से उपलब्ध कराएं।

शांतिपूर्ण और सुरक्षित त्योहारों की तैयारी

बैठक में उपस्थित अधिकारियों ने त्योहारों को शांतिपूर्ण और सुरक्षित तरीके से संपन्न कराने के लिए आवश्यक कदम उठाने पर सहमति जताई। उपायुक्त और पुलिस अधीक्षक ने सभी संबंधित अधिकारियों को निर्देश दिया कि त्योहारों के दौरान सौहार्दपूर्ण माहौल बनाए रखने के लिए हरसंभव उपाय किए जाएं।
