गुमला में प्राथमिक शिक्षा में नवाचार की पहल, “प्रोजेक्ट अजीत” के जरिए शिक्षा में बदलाव की ओर कदम

गुमला | अप्रैल 2025 — गुमला जिला प्रशासन ने प्राथमिक शिक्षा की गुणवत्ता सुधार के लिए एक व्यापक और नवाचारी अभियान शुरू किया है। उपायुक्त कर्ण सत्यार्थी के नेतृत्व में “प्रोजेक्ट अजीत: प्रेरणा से परिवर्तन की ओर” के अंतर्गत जिले के सभी सरकारी प्राथमिक विद्यालयों में बच्चों की भाषा और गणित दक्षता बढ़ाने के साथ-साथ शिक्षण माहौल को रोचक और बाल-अनुकूल बनाने की दिशा में ठोस कदम उठाए जा रहे हैं।

क्या है इस पहल का उद्देश्य?

इस पहल का मुख्य उद्देश्य निपुण भारत मिशन के तहत कक्षा 3 तक के छात्रों को आधारभूत साक्षरता और संख्यात्मक ज्ञान में दक्ष बनाना है। उपायुक्त ने स्पष्ट किया है कि “हर बच्चा पढ़े, समझे, बोले और गणना कर सके” — इस लक्ष्य की प्राप्ति के लिए सभी प्रखंड, संकुल और विद्यालय स्तर पर जिम्मेदार अधिकारियों को निर्देश जारी कर दिए गए हैं।

शिक्षण को बनाएंगे रोचक और सहभागितापूर्ण

इस योजना के अंतर्गत:

• कक्षाओं को शैक्षिक पोस्टर, चार्ट, वर्णमाला, संख्याएं, बाल चित्रों और कहानियों से सजाया जाएगा।

• लर्निंग कॉर्नर, भाषा और गणित कोना का विकास किया जाएगा।

• खेल आधारित शिक्षण तकनीक से बच्चों को रोचक तरीके से सीखने का अवसर मिलेगा।

• विद्यालय प्रबंधन समिति, अभिभावकों और पंचायत प्रतिनिधियों की भागीदारी सुनिश्चित की जाएगी।

• शिक्षकों को स्थानीय संसाधनों का उपयोग कर टीएलएम (Teaching Learning Material) निर्माण और उपयोग के लिए प्रोत्साहित किया गया है।

“प्रेरणा मंच” और “प्रोजेक्ट अजीत” के माध्यम से नवाचार

इस अभियान की खास बात है “प्रेरणा मंच” की स्थापना, जहां छात्र और शिक्षक प्रेरक बनकर शिक्षा में नवाचार और तकनीक का उपयोग करेंगे। साथ ही, बाल सभा, गुरु संवाद, अभिभावक सहभागिता, SMC संवाद, पियर लर्निंग जैसे नवाचारों को भी सक्रिय किया जाएगा।

प्रोजेक्ट अजीत (A Journey towards Inspiration and Transformation) का उद्देश्य है— हर बच्चे के लिए समान अवसर और गुणवत्तापूर्ण शिक्षा सुनिश्चित करना।

जिला प्रशासन ने दिए स्पष्ट निर्देश

उपायुक्त द्वारा सभी बीडीओ, बीईओ, बीपीओ, बीआरपी, सीआरपी और विद्यालय प्रमुखों को पत्र जारी कर सभी योजनाओं को प्राथमिकता के साथ लागू करने के निर्देश दिए गए हैं। सभी सीआरसी (संकुल संसाधन केंद्र) को मजबूत कर SMC संवाद, TLM बैंक और समुदाय सहभागिता को केंद्र में रखकर शिक्षा की संरचना को और अधिक प्रभावशाली बनाने का लक्ष्य है।
