शैक्षणिक सुधार की दिशा में गुमला शिक्षा विभाग सक्रिय, समीक्षा बैठक में दिए गए कई अहम निर्देश

गुमला, मई 2025 — गुमला जिला शिक्षा कार्यालय की ओर से मंगलवार को एक महत्वपूर्ण समीक्षा बैठक आयोजित की गई, जिसमें शिक्षा व्यवस्था को सशक्त बनाने के लिए कई अहम निर्णय लिए गए। बैठक की अध्यक्षता जिला शिक्षा अधीक्षक नूर आलम खां ने की, जिसमें सभी प्रखंड शिक्षा प्रसार पदाधिकारी, प्रखंड कार्यक्रम पदाधिकारी और लेखापालों ने भाग लिया।

स्कूल खुलते ही किताब वितरण और आधारभूत सुविधाओं की समीक्षा पर जोर

झारखंड शिक्षा परियोजना गुमला के तहत आयोजित इस बैठक में जिला स्तर के अधिकारी — अतिरिक्त जिला कार्यक्रम पदाधिकारी ज्योति खलखो, सहायक अभियंता शमशाद अली, सहायक कार्यक्रम पदाधिकारी रोज मिंज और फील्ड मैनेजर रामचंद्र कुमार सिंह — ने हिस्सा लिया।

बैठक में निर्देश दिया गया कि ग्रीष्मावकाश के बाद स्कूल खुलते ही छात्रों को पाठ्य पुस्तकें वितरित की जाएं। साथ ही बेंच-डेस्क की उपलब्धता, पेयजल व शौचालय की स्थिति और जर्जर भवनों की स्थिति की गहन समीक्षा की गई।

मासिक पीटीएम और नामांकन पर विशेष ध्यान

विद्यालय से बाहर चल रहे बच्चों के नामांकन पर विशेष चर्चा करते हुए यह तय किया गया कि प्रत्येक माह की 25 तारीख को विद्यालय स्तर पर पीटीएम (अभिभावक-शिक्षक बैठक) आयोजित हो और उसका गूगल लिंक के माध्यम से रिकॉर्ड तैयार किया जाए।

इसके अलावा सावित्री बाई फुले योजना, प्री-मैट्रिक छात्रवृत्ति, साक्षरता कार्यक्रम के तहत असाक्षरों का सर्वे, और सभी प्रकार की साइंस लैब, आईसीटी लैब, स्मार्ट क्लास तथा इंटीग्रेटेड लैब के सुचारू संचालन को लेकर भी दिशा-निर्देश दिए गए।

उत्कृष्ट कार्य के लिए सम्मानित हुई रायडीह टीम

शिक्षा के क्षेत्र में उल्लेखनीय कार्य के लिए रायडीह प्रखंड संसाधन केंद्र को ‘टीम ऑफ द मंथ’ अवार्ड से नवाजा गया। उपायुक्त प्रेरणा दीक्षित द्वारा अनुमोदित इस सम्मान में रायडीह की टीम को प्रशस्ति पत्र और मोमेंटो प्रदान किया गया।

इसके अतिरिक्त, अपने-अपने क्षेत्र में उत्कृष्ट प्रदर्शन के लिए कामडारा प्रखंड के बीपीओ लाल चंद्र शेखर नाथ शाहदेव, जिला परियोजना की लेखापाल सूफिया खान और डुमरी प्रखंड के बीपीओ तपेश्वर साहू को भी प्रशस्ति पत्र देकर सम्मानित किया गया।

शिक्षा सुधार की ओर एक संगठित कदम

यह बैठक न केवल विभागीय कार्यों की समीक्षा का अवसर थी, बल्कि यह भी दर्शाती है कि गुमला जिला प्रशासन शिक्षा की गुणवत्ता बढ़ाने के लिए नीति, योजना और क्रियान्वयन के स्तर पर गंभीरता से काम कर रहा है।
