जनता से सीधे संवाद में जुटीं उपायुक्त प्रेरणा दीक्षित, जन शिकायत निवारण दिवस में सुनीं 25 से अधिक समस्याएं

गुमला, मई 2025 — गुमला जिले में आम लोगों की समस्याओं को सीधे सुनने और उनका समाधान करने की दिशा में एक अहम कदम उठाते हुए उपायुक्त प्रेरणा दीक्षित की अध्यक्षता में मंगलवार को जन शिकायत निवारण दिवस का आयोजन किया गया। यह साप्ताहिक कार्यक्रम समाहरणालय भवन स्थित सभागार में संपन्न हुआ, जहां विभिन्न प्रखंडों से आए नागरिकों ने अपनी समस्याएं रखीं।

सड़क से लेकर स्वास्थ्य सहायता तक, 25 से अधिक आवेदन

कार्यक्रम के दौरान जिले के अलग-अलग हिस्सों से आए करीब 25 लोगों ने उपायुक्त के समक्ष अपनी व्यथाएं रखीं। इनमें सड़क, बिजली, जल संकट, भूमि विवाद, आपदा राहत, चिकित्सा सहायता और शिक्षा से जुड़ी शिकायतें प्रमुख रहीं।

बसिया प्रखंड की किरण देवी ने बताया कि उनके पति की उग्रवादी घटना में मौत हो चुकी है, और उन्होंने अनुकंपा नियुक्ति की मांग की। वहीं करमटोली की फगली उरांव ने बारिश से घर गिरने की जानकारी दी और मुआवज़े की मांग रखी।

पेयजल संकट और शिक्षा से जुड़ी शिकायतें भी आईं सामने

खरका पंचायत के डुमरवा ईंदटोली गांव के ग्रामीणों ने इलाके में गंभीर पेयजल संकट की समस्या उठाई और चापाकल की स्थापना की मांग की। गुमला नगर की मिनी देवी ने अपने इलाज के लिए आर्थिक सहायता का अनुरोध किया।

इसके अलावा, कस्तूरबा गांधी बालिका विद्यालय में छात्राओं के नामांकन में समस्या, जलमीनार निर्माण, और कई भूमि विवाद संबंधी आवेदन भी प्रस्तुत किए गए।

उपायुक्त ने दिए त्वरित कार्रवाई के निर्देश

सभी आवेदनों को गंभीरता से सुनते हुए उपायुक्त प्रेरणा दीक्षित ने संबंधित विभागों को तत्काल आवश्यक कदम उठाने के निर्देश दिए। उन्होंने कहा,

“जन शिकायत निवारण दिवस प्रशासन और जनता के बीच एक मजबूत संवाद का सेतु है। हम प्रत्येक आवेदन को पूरी संवेदनशीलता के साथ लेते हैं और समाधान की दिशा में शीघ्र कदम उठाते हैं।“

लोक संवाद के लिए प्रशासन की प्रतिबद्धता

कार्यक्रम में जिले के विभिन्न विभागों के वरीय पदाधिकारी भी उपस्थित रहे और नागरिकों की समस्याओं को मौके पर ही दर्ज किया गया। यह आयोजन प्रशासन द्वारा जनता से सीधे संवाद स्थापित करने और विश्वास बनाए रखने की एक सकारात्मक पहल के रूप में देखा जा रहा है।

गुमला जिला प्रशासन का यह साप्ताहिक जनसुनवाई कार्यक्रम यह दर्शाता है कि शासन व्यवस्था जनता की बात सुनने और समाधान करने के लिए तत्पर है।
