गुमला की नई कप्तान बनीं प्रेरणा दीक्षित, पूर्व उपायुक्त कर्ण सत्यार्थी ने सौंपा पदभार

गुमला, मई 2025 — गुमला जिले को सोमवार को नई उपायुक्त मिल गईं। भारतीय प्रशासनिक सेवा की अधिकारी प्रेरणा दीक्षित ने समाहरणालय स्थित सभागार में आयोजित एक सादे समारोह में गुमला जिले की उपायुक्त के रूप में आधिकारिक रूप से कार्यभार संभाल लिया। इस मौके पर निवर्तमान उपायुक्त कर्ण सत्यार्थी ने उन्हें विधिपूर्वक पदभार सौंपा।

आत्मीय विदाई में छलका पूर्व उपायुक्त का भावुक पक्ष

कार्यक्रम के दौरान कर्ण सत्यार्थी ने अपने कार्यकाल को यादगार बताते हुए कहा, “गुमला की शांति, प्राकृतिक सौंदर्य और यहां के लोगों की सादगी मुझे हमेशा याद रहेगी। प्रशासनिक सेवा में यह मेरा एक बेहद आत्मीय अनुभव रहा।” उन्होंने बताया कि इस दौरान उन्होंने अधिकारियों और कर्मचारियों के साथ टीम भावना से कार्य किया और जिले के विकास में सहभागी बने। सत्यार्थी अब पूर्वी सिंहभूम जिले में अपनी नई भूमिका में योगदान देंगे।

प्रेरणा दीक्षित की प्राथमिकताएं — शिक्षा, स्वास्थ्य और आदिवासी कल्याण

नवपदस्थापित उपायुक्त प्रेरणा दीक्षित ने कार्यभार संभालने के बाद कहा कि गुमला जैसा जिला, जिसने लगातार दो वर्षों तक प्रधानमंत्री पुरस्कार प्राप्त किया है, उनके लिए एक महत्वपूर्ण ज़िम्मेदारी है। उन्होंने जिले की उपलब्धियों को प्रशासन, जनता और अधिकारियों के संयुक्त प्रयास का नतीजा बताया।

उन्होंने यह भी स्पष्ट किया कि उनकी प्राथमिकताओं में शिक्षा, स्वास्थ्य, समाज कल्याण, और विशेषकर आदिवासी समुदाय का समग्र विकास प्रमुख रूप से शामिल होगा। दीक्षित ने यह विश्वास जताया कि वे पूर्ववर्ती योजनाओं को गति देंगी और जिले की पहचान को और ऊँचाइयों तक ले जाएंगी।

अधिकारियों से की औपचारिक मुलाकात

पदभार ग्रहण के तुरंत बाद प्रेरणा दीक्षित ने जिले के वरीय अधिकारियों के साथ परिचयात्मक बैठक की और विभिन्न विभागों की वर्तमान स्थिति व प्राथमिकताओं की समीक्षा की। उन्होंने अधिकारियों को स्पष्ट रूप से संदेश दिया कि “सफल प्रशासनिक संचालन के लिए टीम भावना जरूरी है। सबका सहयोग लेकर ही हम जिले के सर्वांगीण विकास को गति दे सकते हैं।”

समारोह में रही ये प्रमुख उपस्थिति

इस अवसर पर उप विकास आयुक्त, परियोजना निदेशक (ITDA), एसडीओ सदर, एसडीओ चैनपुर, एसडीओ बसिया, सहित जिले के अन्य वरिष्ठ अधिकारी एवं कर्मचारी उपस्थित रहे। यह आयोजन केवल प्रशासनिक परिवर्तन नहीं, बल्कि गुमला जिले के लिए एक नई दिशा और नए संकल्पों की शुरुआत का प्रतीक बना।
