अंडमान से रेस्क्यू कर गुमला लाई गईं दो किशोरियाँ, एक को सौंपा गया परिजन को, दूसरी को मिला संरक्षण

गुमला, झारखंड — गुमला जिला प्रशासन और अंडमान-निकोबार प्रशासन के समन्वित प्रयास से दो किशोरियों को सफलतापूर्वक रेस्क्यू कर मंगलवार को गुमला लाया गया। इनमें से एक युवती की उम्र लगभग 20 वर्ष है, जबकि दूसरी किशोरी मात्र 15 वर्ष की है।

दोनों बालिकाएं अलग-अलग समय पर बेहतर जीवन की उम्मीद में अंडमान पहुंची थीं, लेकिन बाद में उन्हें वहां कार्यरत कर दिया गया। गुमला जिला बाल संरक्षण इकाई द्वारा उठाए गए ठोस कदमों के चलते उन्हें सुरक्षा प्रदान कर पुनः गुमला लाया गया।

2019 और 2024 में अंडमान ले जाई गई थीं दोनों बालिकाएं

प्राप्त जानकारी के अनुसार, पहली किशोरी को वर्ष 2019 में उसके परिजनों द्वारा अंडमान ले जाया गया था, जहां उसे घरेलू कार्यों में लगाया गया। दूसरी किशोरी को वर्ष 2024 में पढ़ाई और देखभाल का आश्वासन देकर अंडमान भेजा गया था, लेकिन उसे वहां एक फैक्ट्री में काम पर लगा दिया गया।

बाल संरक्षण तंत्र ने निभाई अहम भूमिका

अंडमान निकोबार की जिला बाल संरक्षण इकाई द्वारा दोनों किशोरियों को सुरक्षा में लेकर बालिका गृह में शिफ्ट किया गया। इस मामले को गंभीरता से लेते हुए गुमला जिला बाल संरक्षण पदाधिकारी अमर कुमार ने परिजनों की पहचान करवाई और वीडियो कॉन्फ्रेंसिंग के माध्यम से उनकी उपस्थिति अंडमान की बाल कल्याण समिति के समक्ष सुनिश्चित कराई।

कानूनी प्रक्रिया के बाद लौटाया गया गुमला

सभी औपचारिक प्रक्रियाएं पूरी करने के बाद दोनों किशोरियों को अंडमान से गुमला लाया गया। 20 वर्षीय युवती को उसके परिजनों को सौंप दिया गया है, जबकि 15 वर्षीय किशोरी को फिलहाल गुमला के बालिका गृह में रखा गया है। उसकी काउंसलिंग और पुनर्वास की प्रक्रिया जिला बाल संरक्षण इकाई द्वारा संचालित की जा रही है।

प्रशासन की सतर्कता से संभव हुआ रेस्क्यू

गुमला जिला प्रशासन ने स्पष्ट किया है कि बच्चों की सुरक्षा और उनके अधिकारों की रक्षा के लिए वह प्रतिबद्ध है। ऐसे मामलों में संवेदनशीलता, तत्परता और कानूनी प्रक्रिया के पालन के साथ आगे भी कार्रवाई जारी रहेगी।
