गुमला में दिल दहला देने वाली वारदात: शराब के विरोध पर अपंग व्यक्ति के साथ वीभत्स अत्याचार, तीन नकाबपोश हमलावर फरार

गुमला, झारखंड — डुमरी थाना क्षेत्र के एक गांव में तीन अज्ञात नकाबपोश हमलावरों ने मानवता को शर्मसार कर देने वाली वारदात को अंजाम दिया। शराब पीने का विरोध करने पर एक अपंग व्यक्ति के साथ मारपीट कर उसके गुप्तांग में जबरन बोतल डाल दी गई। गंभीर हालत में घायल व्यक्ति को इलाज के लिए गुमला सदर अस्पताल लाया गया, जहां डॉक्टरों की तमाम कोशिशों के बावजूद बोतल नहीं निकाली जा सकी। इसके बाद उसे बेहतर चिकित्सा के लिए रांची RIMS रेफर कर दिया गया।

पीड़ित की पहचान रूडोल एक्का के रूप में हुई है, जो शारीरिक रूप से विकलांग हैं और बाएं हाथ से अपंग हैं। 2014 में करंट की चपेट में आने के कारण उनका हाथ काटना पड़ा था। वारदात के समय वह घर में अकेले थे, क्योंकि उनकी पत्नी किसी विवाह समारोह में शामिल होने चाईबासा गई हुई थीं।

पीड़ित ने बताया कि बीती रात करीब 8:30 बजे तीन नकाबपोश युवक उसके घर पहुंचे और खैनी मांगने के बहाने दरवाजा खुलवाया। इसके बाद वे जबरन घर में घुस गए और शराब पीने की जिद करने लगे। विरोध करने पर आरोपियों ने मारपीट कर उन्हें जमीन पर पटक दिया और घिनौनी हरकत को अंजाम देकर मौके से फरार हो गए।

घटना के बाद मोहल्लेवालों और रिश्तेदारों ने रूडोल को गुमला अस्पताल पहुंचाया। डॉक्टरों ने बोतल निकालने का प्रयास किया लेकिन असफल रहे, जिसके बाद रांची RIMS भेजा गया।

गुमला के नवपदस्थापित पुलिस अधीक्षक हरिश बिन ज़मा ने इस घटना को गंभीरता से लेते हुए कहा कि नशा और नशेड़ी समाज में अपराध को जन्म देते हैं और इस पर सख्त नियंत्रण जरूरी है। उन्होंने स्पष्ट किया कि जिले में नशे के कारोबार और अपराधियों के खिलाफ अभियान तेज़ किया जाएगा।

फिलहाल पुलिस ने मामले की जांच शुरू कर दी है और तीनों अज्ञात हमलावरों की तलाश जारी है। पीड़ित ने बताया है कि इलाज के बाद वह गुमला थाने में आरोपियों के खिलाफ प्राथमिकी दर्ज कराएंगे। पुलिस इस वीभत्स घटना को उच्च प्राथमिकता पर लेकर साक्ष्य जुटाने और आरोपियों की पहचान में लगी हुई है।

यह घटना न केवल गुमला बल्कि पूरे राज्य के लिए चिंता और चेतावनी का विषय है। कमजोर और अपंग नागरिकों के खिलाफ ऐसे अपराध समाज की नैतिकता पर गंभीर प्रश्न खड़े करते हैं और प्रशासन से ठोस कार्रवाई की मांग करते हैं।
