गुमला, 1 जून 2025 — विश्व साइकिल दिवस के अवसर पर गुमला जिला मुख्यालय में फिट इंडिया मिशन के तहत “फिट इंडिया साइक्लिंग ऑन संडे” अभियान का आयोजन किया गया। 1 जून, रविवार को आयोजित इस विशेष कार्यक्रम में खिलाड़ियों, प्रशिक्षकों, खेलप्रेमियों और आम नागरिकों ने बढ़-चढ़कर हिस्सा लिया।
कार्यक्रम के तहत तिरंगा साइक्लिंग रैली का आयोजन किया गया, जिसका उद्देश्य लोगों को नियमित साइकिलिंग के लिए प्रेरित करना और उन्हें एक दिन सप्ताह में साइकिल के उपयोग के लिए जागरूक करना था। प्रतिभागियों ने पूरे जोश के साथ साइकिल चलाई और स्वस्थ जीवनशैली अपनाने का संदेश दिया।
यह अभियान “संडे ऑन साइकिल” के राष्ट्रीय आंदोलन का हिस्सा है, जिसका मकसद आम जनता को मोटापे, तनाव, और हृदय संबंधी बीमारियों से बचने के लिए साइकिलिंग जैसी सरल लेकिन प्रभावी गतिविधि को अपनाने के लिए प्रेरित करना है।
साइकिल रैली के दौरान यह भी बताया गया कि साइकिल चलाना न केवल शारीरिक स्वास्थ्य के लिए लाभकारी है, बल्कि यह वातावरण की रक्षा और प्रदूषण नियंत्रण के लिए भी एक कारगर उपाय है। आयोजकों ने लोगों से अपील की कि वे सप्ताह में कम-से-कम एक दिन साइकिल का उपयोग कर हरित एवं स्वस्थ समाज की दिशा में योगदान दें।
कार्यक्रम में गुमला जिले के आवासीय, डे बोर्डिंग, क्रीड़ा किसलय और खेलो इंडिया प्रशिक्षण केंद्रों के खिलाड़ियों की उल्लेखनीय भागीदारी रही, जिससे आयोजन को ऊर्जा और उत्साह मिला।
इस पहल को स्थानीय स्तर पर बड़ी सराहना मिली और यह उम्मीद जताई गई कि आने वाले दिनों में यह रैली और अभियान एक स्थायी जनआंदोलन में बदलकर लोगों की दिनचर्या का हिस्सा बनेगा।
