कोविड मामलों की आहट से झारखंड में सतर्कता बढ़ी, गुमला में अफवाहों का बाजार गर्म

गुमला, 1 जून 2025 — झारखंड के दो प्रमुख शहरों, रांची और जमशेदपुर में कोविड-19 के चार नए मामले सामने आने के बाद राज्य भर में स्वास्थ्य सतर्कता बढ़ा दी गई है। अपर मुख्य सचिव (स्वास्थ्य) द्वारा सभी जिलों के उपायुक्तों (DC) और सिविल सर्जनों (CS) को कोरोना प्रबंधन से जुड़े दिशा-निर्देश जारी किए गए हैं। इसके चलते गुमला जिले में जनता के बीच चिंता का माहौल बन गया है, और अफवाहों ने भी जोर पकड़ लिया है।

रांची और जमशेदपुर में मिले मामलों में से एक मरीज संक्रमण से ठीक हो चुका है, जबकि अन्य तीन की निगरानी जारी है। स्वास्थ्य विभाग की रिपोर्ट के अनुसार अधिकांश मामले माइल्ड (हल्के) लक्षणों वाले हैं। हालांकि, संक्रमण के फैलाव को देखते हुए प्रशासन को सतर्कता बरतने की सलाह दी गई है।

जनता में बेचैनी और लॉकडाउन की चर्चा

गुमला के चौक-चौराहों और बाजारों में लोग फिर से मास्क पहनने और सैनिटाइज़र इस्तेमाल करने की सलाह देते दिखे। पूर्ववर्ती लॉकडाउन की स्मृतियाँ लोगों के बीच ताज़ा हो गईं और सोशल मीडिया व स्थानीय चर्चाओं में लॉकडाउन की आशंका को लेकर अफवाहें फैलने लगीं।

स्वास्थ्य विभाग के निर्देश में क्या है खास:

• सभी अस्पतालों को इन्फ्लुएंजा लाइक इलनेस (ILI) और सीवियर एक्यूट रेस्पिरेटरी इलनेस (SARI) के मामलों में कोविड जांच अनिवार्य रूप से कराने का निर्देश दिया गया है।
• ILI मामलों में कम से कम 5% और SARI मामलों में 100% सैंपल टेस्टिंग सुनिश्चित करने के लिए कहा गया है।
• सर्विलांस, रिपोर्टिंग और टेस्टिंग की गति को तेज़ करने पर ज़ोर दिया गया है।
• यदि किसी मरीज को सांस लेने में कठिनाई, सीने में दर्द या स्वास्थ्य में अचानक गिरावट महसूस हो, तो उन्हें तुरंत चिकित्सा सहायता उपलब्ध कराने की व्यवस्था सुनिश्चित करने के निर्देश दिए गए हैं।
• ऑक्सीजन आपूर्ति व्यवस्था की समीक्षा हेतु सभी जिलों में PSA प्लांट, LMO प्लांट, वेंटिलेटर और ऑक्सीजन कंसंट्रेटर की स्थिति का मूल्यांकन कर मॉक ड्रिल कराने को कहा गया है।

स्वास्थ्य विशेषज्ञों ने जनता से अफवाहों पर ध्यान न देने और केवल सरकारी सूचना स्रोतों पर विश्वास करने की अपील की है। प्रशासन की ओर से यह स्पष्ट किया गया है कि वर्तमान में लॉकडाउन लगाने की कोई योजना नहीं है, लेकिन संक्रमण को रोकने के लिए जन सहयोग और सतर्कता आवश्यक है।

राज्य सरकार की यह पहल भविष्य में किसी भी संभावित लहर से निपटने की तैयारी का हिस्सा है, ताकि समय रहते सभी आवश्यक संसाधनों की उपलब्धता सुनिश्चित की जा सके।
