गुमला में तकनीकी विभागों की समीक्षा बैठक संपन्न, योजनाओं के कार्यान्वयन में गति लाने पर जोर

गुमला, 2 जून 2025 — गुमला जिला मुख्यालय स्थित समाहरणालय के सभा कक्ष में सोमवार को उपायुक्त प्रेरणा दीक्षित की अध्यक्षता में एक महत्वपूर्ण समीक्षा बैठक आयोजित की गई। बैठक में जिले के सभी तकनीकी विभागों के कार्यपालक अभियंता और अन्य पदाधिकारी मौजूद रहे। उद्देश्य था – चालू योजनाओं की अद्यतन स्थिति की समीक्षा और कार्य निष्पादन की गति को बेहतर बनाना।

सभी विभागों से कार्यों की विस्तृत रिपोर्ट तलब

बैठक की शुरुआत में उपायुक्त ने विभागीय अधिकारियों से औपचारिक परिचय प्राप्त किया और उनके कार्यक्षेत्रों एवं दायित्वों की जानकारी ली। इसके बाद पथ निर्माण विभाग के अंतर्गत प्रधानमंत्री ग्राम सड़क योजना की प्रगति पर चर्चा की गई। उपायुक्त ने निर्देश दिए कि अति आवश्यक सड़कों की सूची तैयार की जाए और टेंडर प्रक्रिया शीघ्र पूर्ण कर निर्माण कार्य शुरू किया जाए। साथ ही, सड़क निर्माण में आ रही वन विभाग से जुड़ी बाधाओं को समन्वय के माध्यम से दूर करने की बात कही गई।

स्वास्थ्य और पोषण संबंधी परियोजनाओं की समीक्षा

NREP और स्पेशल डिवीजन के तहत ब्लॉक पब्लिक हेल्थ यूनिट (BPHU) के निर्माण कार्यों की समीक्षा की गई। उपायुक्त ने आंगनबाड़ी केंद्रों की मरम्मत को प्राथमिकता देने की बात कहते हुए कार्यों को जल्द से जल्द पूर्ण करने के निर्देश दिए।

राजमार्ग और संपर्क मार्गों पर तेजी लाने के निर्देश

NHAI के अंतर्गत गुमला-पलमा हाइवे निर्माण कार्य की अद्यतन जानकारी ली गई। उपायुक्त ने स्पष्ट किया कि निर्माण कार्य में किसी भी स्तर पर देरी बर्दाश्त नहीं की जाएगी और इसे समयबद्ध तरीके से पूर्ण किया जाए। साथ ही, लिट्टीबेरा-गुमला और कोलेबिरा-गुमला मार्ग के निर्माण को लेकर भी विस्तृत चर्चा की गई।

जल जीवन मिशन और गर्मी में जल संकट को लेकर समीक्षा

पेयजल एवं स्वच्छता प्रमंडल की समीक्षा के दौरान उपायुक्त ने जल जीवन मिशन, हैंडपंप मरम्मती, और जलमीनार निर्माण कार्यों में गति लाने का आदेश दिया। गर्मी को ध्यान में रखते हुए जल आपूर्ति को सुचारु बनाए रखने के लिए तत्कालिक समाधान अपनाने की आवश्यकता बताई गई। उन्होंने कंट्रोल रूम की कार्यप्रणाली और गोबर गैस प्लांट के कार्यों की भी समीक्षा की।

अन्य विभागों की भी हुई गहन समीक्षा

इसके अतिरिक्त, भवन निर्माण विभाग, बिजली विभाग, जलपथ प्रमंडल, और स्पेशल डिवीजन की योजनाओं एवं प्रगति पर भी विस्तृत विचार-विमर्श हुआ। उपायुक्त ने सभी विभागीय प्रमुखों को कार्यों में गुणवत्ता और समयबद्धता सुनिश्चित करने के निर्देश दिए।

बैठक में शामिल रहे प्रमुख अधिकारी

बैठक में कार्यपालक अभियंता – पेयजल एवं स्वच्छता प्रमंडल, यांत्रिकी विभाग, विद्युत आपूर्ति, पथ निर्माण विभाग, राष्ट्रीय उच्च पथ प्रमंडल, ग्रामीण कार्य विभाग, भवन निर्माण विभाग, एनआरईपी, जलपथ प्रमंडल सहित NHAI के परियोजना निदेशक भी उपस्थित रहे।

इस समीक्षा बैठक को विकास योजनाओं की निगरानी और ज़मीनी स्तर पर क्रियान्वयन सुनिश्चित करने की दिशा में एक महत्वपूर्ण पहल माना जा रहा है। अधिकारियों से उम्मीद की जा रही है कि वे दिए गए निर्देशों के अनुरूप तेजी और पारदर्शिता के साथ कार्य करेंगे।
