गुमला, 3 जून 2025 — गुमला जिले में राजस्व से जुड़े कार्यों के समयबद्ध और सुचारु निष्पादन के उद्देश्य से समाहरणालय सभागार में एक एकदिवसीय कार्यशाला का आयोजन किया गया। इस कार्यक्रम की अध्यक्षता अपर समाहर्ता शशिन्द्र बड़ाइक ने की, जिसमें जिले के सभी अंचल अधिकारी, राजस्व कर्मी तथा संबंधित तकनीकी स्टाफ मौजूद रहे।
सेवा का अधिकार अधिनियम और राजस्व प्रक्रियाओं पर फोकस
कार्यशाला में सेवा का अधिकार अधिनियम 2011, दाखिल-खारिज प्रक्रिया, भूमि सीमांकन, प्रमाण पत्र निर्गमन, कार्यालयीय अभिलेख संधारण तथा अन्य महत्वपूर्ण राजस्व संबंधी विषयों की विस्तार से जानकारी दी गई। प्रशिक्षण का प्रमुख उद्देश्य यह रहा कि आम नागरिकों को राजस्व से जुड़े कार्यों में अनावश्यक देरी न हो और समय पर समाधान मिले।
प्रशिक्षण का उद्देश्य और प्रभाव
अपर समाहर्ता ने अधिकारियों को संबोधित करते हुए कहा,
“राजस्व प्रक्रिया प्रशासनिक व्यवस्था की रीढ़ होती है। यदि इसमें पारदर्शिता, समयबद्धता और दक्षता हो, तो आम जनता का विश्वास और सहभागिता दोनों मजबूत होते हैं। यह कार्यशाला इसी दिशा में एक ठोस पहल है।”
उपस्थित रहे वरिष्ठ प्रशासनिक अधिकारी
इस कार्यशाला में अनुमंडल पदाधिकारी गुमला, बसिया व चैनपुर, डीसीएलआर गुमला और बसिया, सभी अंचल अधिकारी, आईटी मैनेजर राजीव रोशन सहित अन्य राजस्व एवं तकनीकी अधिकारी भी शामिल हुए।
कार्यशाला के दौरान प्रतिभागियों को तकनीकी अनुप्रयोगों की मदद से राजस्व कार्यों को डिजिटल रूप से निष्पादित करने की भी जानकारी दी गई।
