गुमला में शिक्षा व्यवस्था पर सख्ती: शिक्षकों की लापरवाही अब नहीं चलेगी, डीसी ने दिए सख्त निर्देश

गुमला, 3 जून 2025 — गुमला जिले में शिक्षा व्यवस्था को सुदृढ़ और जवाबदेह बनाने की दिशा में उपायुक्त प्रेरणा दीक्षित ने शिक्षा विभाग को लेकर एक सख्त कार्य योजना लागू की है। इस दिशा में जिला शिक्षा पदाधिकारी (DEO) कविता खलखो ने सभी प्रखंड शिक्षा प्रसार पदाधिकारियों और माध्यमिक व उच्चतर माध्यमिक विद्यालयों के प्रधानाध्यापकों को विस्तृत निर्देश जारी किए हैं।

दैनिक कार्य योजना अनिवार्य, शिक्षण का लेखा-जोखा जरूरी

अब जिले के सभी TGT और PGT शिक्षकों को अपने विषयवार और शिक्षकवार दैनिक कार्य योजना तैयार करनी होगी। शिक्षण सामग्री से लेकर मूल्यांकन और गृहकार्य तक हर गतिविधि का विवरण शिक्षक डायरी में रिकॉर्ड किया जाएगा। DEO ने स्पष्ट किया कि हर दिन की पढ़ाई और विषयवस्तु की जानकारी प्रधानाध्यापक को भेजना अनिवार्य होगा।

हर विषय के लिए साप्ताहिक शिक्षण योजना जरूरी

कक्षा 9 से 12 के लिए कार्यरत हर शिक्षक को अब पाठ्यक्रम, अधिगम उद्देश्य, अध्यापन विधियाँ और मूल्यांकन पद्धति समेत सप्ताहवार शिक्षण योजना बनानी होगी। इस योजना की एक प्रति विद्यालय में सुरक्षित रहेगी और प्रधानाध्यापक इसकी नियमित समीक्षा करेंगे।

छठी से आठवीं तक भी पढ़ाएंगे वरिष्ठ शिक्षक

विद्यालयों में शिक्षकों की संख्या सीमित होने के कारण सभी TGT और PGT शिक्षकों से यह अपेक्षा की गई है कि अपनी विशेषज्ञता के अनुसार वे कक्षा 6 से 8 तक भी शैक्षणिक सहयोग दें, खासतौर पर जहां विषय शिक्षक उपलब्ध नहीं हैं।

प्रधानाध्यापकों की भूमिका बनी और जिम्मेदार

हर विद्यालय में प्रधानाध्यापक को यह सुनिश्चित करना होगा कि हर शिक्षक नियमित रूप से कक्षा लें और सप्ताह में एक बार शिक्षण कार्य की समीक्षा बैठक आयोजित की जाए। उन्होंने यह भी कहा कि हर प्रधानाध्यापक को मार्जिनल छात्रों की प्रगति के लिए जवाबदेह बनाया जाएगा।

मासिक टेस्ट और विशेष कक्षाओं पर ज़ोर

प्रोजेक्ट रेल योजना के तहत हर विद्यालय में मासिक मूल्यांकन अनिवार्य किया गया है। ई-विद्यावाहिनी पोर्टल पर छात्रों के प्रदर्शन का डेटा अपलोड करना अनिवार्य होगा। कमज़ोर छात्रों के लिए विशेष कक्षाएं चलाई जाएंगी, ताकि उनके प्रदर्शन में सुधार किया जा सके।

मार्जिनल छात्रों के लिए विशेष तैयारी

मैट्रिक और इंटरमीडिएट परीक्षाओं में जिन छात्रों का प्रदर्शन मार्जिनल रहा है, उनके लिए कंपार्टमेंटल परीक्षा की विशेष व्यवस्था की जा रही है। प्रधानाध्यापक और शिक्षकों को ऐसे छात्रों के लिए व्यक्तिगत रूप से उत्तरदायी ठहराया गया है और तत्काल विशेष कक्षाएं आयोजित करने के निर्देश जारी किए गए हैं।

06 जून को समीक्षा बैठक

DEO कविता खलखो ने बताया कि 06 जून को डायट गुमला में जिले के सभी माध्यमिक व उच्चतर माध्यमिक विद्यालयों के प्रधानाध्यापकों के साथ समीक्षा बैठक आयोजित की जाएगी। इस बैठक में बोर्ड परीक्षाओं के परिणामों की समीक्षा कर शैक्षणिक सुधार के लिए रणनीतियाँ तय की जाएंगी।
