गुमला, 3 जून 2025 — गुमला समाहरणालय के सभागार में बुधवार को उपायुक्त प्रेरणा दीक्षित की अध्यक्षता में साप्ताहिक जन शिकायत निवारण दिवस का आयोजन किया गया, जहां जिले के विभिन्न प्रखंडों से आए लोगों ने अपनी समस्याएं रखीं। उपायुक्त ने प्रत्येक आवेदक की बात को गंभीरता से सुनते हुए संबंधित अधिकारियों को समाधान हेतु स्पष्ट निर्देश दिए।
इस जन सुनवाई में करीब 40 नागरिकों ने भाग लिया और सड़क, बिजली, पानी, स्वास्थ्य, भूमि विवाद, शिक्षा, रोजगार समेत विभिन्न विषयों से संबंधित आवेदन प्रस्तुत किए। कई समस्याएं मूलभूत सुविधाओं से जुड़ी हुई थीं, जिन पर तत्काल ध्यान देने की आवश्यकता बताई गई।
जल संकट से लेकर स्वास्थ्य सहायता तक, उठीं कई अहम मांगें
डूमरडीह पंचायत के गमहरिया गांव से आए ग्रामीणों ने जानकारी दी कि उनके इलाके में जलमीनार लंबे समय से खराब पड़ा है, जिससे पानी की भारी किल्लत हो रही है। ग्रामीणों ने जलमीनार की तत्काल मरम्मत की मांग की।
वहीं, सीता मुनि देवी ने अपने मानसिक रूप से बीमार पति को कांके (रांची) इलाज के लिए ले जाने हेतु पुलिस सहायता का अनुरोध किया। उन्होंने बताया कि इलाज के दौरान सहायता के अभाव में परेशानी होती है।
खरका पंचायत के डुमरला टोली के निवासियों ने पेयजल संकट को लेकर गांव में चापाकल लगाए जाने की मांग की। इसके अलावा खरका निवासी आशुतोष पासवान ने गंभीर बीमारी योजना के अंतर्गत सहायता मांगी। उन्होंने बताया कि उनकी दोनों किडनी खराब हो चुकी हैं और डॉक्टरों ने किडनी ट्रांसप्लांट की सिफारिश की है।
प्रशासन ने दिखाई संवेदनशीलता, दिए त्वरित कार्रवाई के निर्देश
उपायुक्त प्रेरणा दीक्षित ने सभी मामलों को गहनता से सुनते हुए संबंधित विभागीय अधिकारियों को तुरंत जांच और कार्रवाई सुनिश्चित करने के निर्देश दिए। उन्होंने कहा,
“जन शिकायत निवारण दिवस आम जनता की समस्याएं सुनने और समाधान देने का सशक्त मंच है। जिला प्रशासन प्रत्येक मामले को संवेदनशीलता से लेकर त्वरित निपटारा करेगा।”
उन्होंने उपस्थित पदाधिकारियों से कहा कि जनता की समस्याओं का समाधान प्राथमिकता पर हो, ताकि लोगों का प्रशासन पर विश्वास बना रहे।
