लूट और भ्रष्टाचार का अड्डा बन गया है विद्युत विभाग गुमला, उपभोक्ता लग रहे हैं उपयुक्त गुमला से न्याय की गुहार

गुमला : – गुमला जिला में बिजली विभाग की अकर्मण्यता और कार्य शिथिलता के कारण लूट की छूट बची हुई है, बिना पैसे का कोई कार्य नहीं होता, बिजली पॉल में आई गड़बड़ी को ठीक करने के लिए ₹200 से प्रारंभ होती है खुला खेल फर्रुखाबादी विभिन्न आकार प्रकार के कार्यों के लिए विभिन्न आकार प्रकार के दाम वसूले जाते हैं, बिजली विभाग के पदाधिकारी का दो टूक जवाब होता है, निजी मिस्त्री है दम तो देना ही पड़ेगा और विद्युत विभाग किसी की नहीं सुनता, विद्युत विभाग के पदाधिकारी से लेकर कर्मचारी तक मात्र अपनी डफली अपनी राग अलाप्ता रहता है, उपभोक्ता की सुनता ही नहीं है, और विद्युत विभाग द्वारा लगाए गयें नये विद्युत स्मार्ट मीटर लगने के बाद से बेतहाशा बिजली बिल आने से विद्युत उपभोक्ता हैरान और परेशान है, बिजली बिल सुधार को लेकर आम विद्युत उपभोक्ताओं अपनी समस्याओं को लेकर विद्युत विभाग के उच्च पदाधिकारियों के पास पहुंचकर और विद्युत कार्यालय सह पावर हाउस गुमला में प्रतिदिन सैकड़ो लोगों के बिजली बिल बिजली बिल समस्या से संबंधित समायोजन हेतु भीड़ लगी हुई है, एवं समायोजन के उपरांत किन्ही उपभोक्ता का तीन लाख, किन्हीं का ₹-160000/-, किन्हीं का ₹-55000/- तो किन्ही का ₹-30000/- रुपए बिल आ रहा है, यह विद्युत विभाग का ड्रामा नहीं तो और क्या है,,,,,????? झारखंड बिजली वितरण निगम लिमिटेड (जेबीभीएनएल) की देखरेख में कई विद्युत से संबंधित एजेंसी एवं कंपनी कम कर रही है, राज्य में अलग-अलग क्षेत्र के अलग-अलग ठेकेदार द्वारा बिजली का स्मार्ट मीटर , पिछले वर्ष लगाया गया था और विद्युत उपभोक्ताओं ने यह सोचकर स्मार्ट मीटर लगाया थी की अब सही बिजली बिल आएगा परंतु विद्युत उपभोक्ताओं के साथ यह तो उल्टा खेल हो गया लोगों को समायोजन के बाद इतना ज्यादा बिल का भुगतान कर पाना , बिजली उपभोक्ताओं के लिए बिजली बिल चुकता कर पाना मुमकिन ही नहीं नामुमकिन हो गया है,फलस्वरूप विद्युत उपभोक्ता अपने बेतहाशा बिजली बिल से परेशान और हैरान होकर अंततः विद्युत विभाग के मुख्य कार्यालय पावर हाउस गुमला का चक्कर लगा रहे हैं, फिर भी कोई समाधान सामने नहीं आ रहा है, जब वहां उपस्थितकार्यरत कार्यपालक अभियंता से पूछा गया कि इतना बिल कैसे आ रहा है तब उन्होंने उपभोक्ताओं के समस्याओं का समाधान नहीं करते हुए उन्होंने अपना ज्ञान दिया की विद्युत बिल ऑनलाइन सिस्टम से आ रहा है, अतः मैं कुछ नहीं कर सकता हूँ , मैं ज्यादा से ज्यादा यह कर सकता हूं कि आपके उक्त बिल को 10 किस्तों में जमा करने का आदेश दे सकता हूं, याने की विद्युत उपभोक्ताओं का लाखों का अगर बिल आया है तो उन्हें भुगतान करना ही होगा, ऐसा उनका सोच है, जब उपभोक्ता पुराने मीटर एवं नए स्मार्ट मीटर से मिलान करने और अंतर देखने की बात कही गई तो एक बिजली कर्मी ने बतलाया कि जब हम लोग उक्त कंपनी से पुराने मीटर ढूंढने की बात कही थी तब उक्त कंपनी के लोगों ने कहा की उतने मीटर के ढेर से और उक्त गोदाम में रखे हुए सारे मीटरों से एक-एक मीटर ढूंढना असंभव है. तब उक्त समस्या का समाधान कैसे होगा ????? और विद्युत बल बढ़ता जाएगा ऐसे परिस्थिति में आमजन उपभोक्ता का क्या होगा, एक सीनियर सिटीजन विद्युत उपभोक्ता ने आक्रोशित होकर बोला की घर बेचकर बिजली बिल भर दूंगा और और पूरा परिवार वृद्ध आश्रम चला जाऊंगा, इस स्थिति से विद्युत उपभोक्ताओं का मनोबल काफी गिर गया है, और विद्युत उपभोक्ता पूरी तरह से त्रस्त है, फिर भी विद्युत विभाग के उच्च पदाधिकारी द्वारा कोई विकल्प नहीं बताया जा रहा है, और तो और संबंधित विद्युत पदाधिकारी मुख दर्शक बने हुए हैं आखिर उपभोक्ता जाए तो कहां जाएं, विद्युत बिजली स्मार्ट मीटर विद्युत उपभोक्ताओं के लिए गले की फांस बन गई है और उन्हें इंसाफ और न्याय नहीं मिल पा रहा हैं, विद्युत उपभोक्ताओं द्वारा गुमला उपायुक्त से पहल करने की गुहार लगाई है, क्योंकि विद्युत उपभोक्ताओं की स्थिति काफी गंभीर बन गई है, और कोई नहीं है देखन हारा !
