गुमला में यूडाइस+ प्रशिक्षण संपन्न, शैक्षणिक आंकड़ों के संग्रहण पर रहा विशेष फोकस

गुमला, 11 जून — जिले में शैक्षणिक आंकड़ों को सटीकता और दक्षता से एकत्र करने के उद्देश्य से यूडाइस+ प्रशिक्षण कार्यशाला का आयोजन किया गया। यह प्रशिक्षण झारखंड शिक्षा परियोजना के तत्वावधान में गुमला प्रखंड सभागार में सम्पन्न हुआ, जिसमें जिले भर के शिक्षा विभाग के अधिकारियों व कर्मचारियों ने भाग लिया।

प्रशिक्षण में कौन-कौन हुए शामिल?

इस कार्यक्रम में प्रखंड शिक्षा प्रसार पदाधिकारी, प्रखंड कार्यक्रम पदाधिकारी, एमआईएस कोऑर्डिनेटर, कम्प्यूटर ऑपरेटर, बीआरपी, सीआरपी समेत शिक्षा विभाग से जुड़े अन्य कर्मचारी मौजूद रहे। प्रशिक्षण का संचालन एडीपीओ ज्योति खलखो और फील्ड मैनेजर रामचंद्र कुमार सिंह ने किया।

प्रशिक्षण के प्रमुख विषय बिंदु:

इस कार्यशाला में निम्नलिखित महत्वपूर्ण पहलुओं पर विस्तार से चर्चा की गई:

1. यूडाइस+ पोर्टल का परिचय:
   प्रतिभागियों को पोर्टल के इंटरफेस, कार्यप्रणाली और उसके उपयोग के बारे में विस्तार से बताया गया।
2. डेटा संग्रहण के स्रोत और प्रक्रिया:
   विद्यालय स्तर पर छात्र संख्या, शिक्षक गणना, आधारभूत सुविधाएं, परीक्षा परिणाम जैसी सूचनाओं को एकत्र करने की विधियां समझाई गईं।
3. त्रुटिरहित डेटा एंट्री के उपाय:
   डेटा की शुद्धता, समयबद्धता और संगति सुनिश्चित करने के लिए उपयोगी टिप्स और तरीके साझा किए गए।
4. रिपोर्ट जेनरेशन और विश्लेषण:
   यूडाइस डेटा के आधार पर रिपोर्ट तैयार करने और उसका विश्लेषण करने की प्रक्रिया बताई गई।
5. फील्ड सत्यापन की प्रक्रिया:
   एकत्रित आंकड़ों की भौतिक सत्यता की जांच कैसे की जाए, इस पर विशेष जोर दिया गया।
6. संकुल, प्रखंड एवं जिला स्तरीय डेटा की भूमिका:
   विभिन्न प्रशासनिक स्तरों पर आंकड़ों की उपयोगिता और महत्व को रेखांकित किया गया।

यूडाइस+ की महत्ता और उद्देश्य

प्रशिक्षण के दौरान वक्ताओं ने यूडाइस+ के उद्देश्य को रेखांकित करते हुए बताया कि:

• यह प्रणाली शैक्षणिक आंकड़ों को अद्यतन और सटीक रूप में एकत्र करने में मदद करती है।
• इससे नीति निर्माण, संसाधन आवंटन और शैक्षणिक योजनाओं की निगरानी करना आसान होता है।
• शिक्षकों, सीआरपी, बीआरपी और एमआईएस कर्मियों की तकनीकी दक्षता बढ़ाकर डेटा गुणवत्ता में सुधार लाया जा सकता है।
• यूडाइस+ पोर्टल के नियमित उपयोग से स्कूल प्रोफाइल अपडेट करना सहज बनता है।

छात्र प्रगति को लेकर भी निर्देश

प्रशिक्षण सत्र में 2024-25 सत्र के विद्यार्थियों की 2025-26 में कक्षा प्रगति (प्रोग्रेशन) पर भी चर्चा की गई। शिक्षा अधिकारियों ने निर्देश दिया कि 15 जून 2025 तक सभी विद्यार्थियों का शत-प्रतिशत अगली कक्षा में नामांकन सुनिश्चित किया जाए।

जिले के सभी प्रखंडों और संकुलों से आए शिक्षा परियोजना कर्मियों, बीआरपी और सीआरपी की सक्रिय सहभागिता के साथ यह प्रशिक्षण सफलतापूर्वक संपन्न हुआ।
