हजारीबाग में किरायेदार की गर्भवती बहन से मारपीट, हालत गंभीर — मकान मालिक पर गंभीर आरोप

हजारीबाग, 11 जून — जिले के दीपुगड़ा मोहल्ले में एक गर्भवती महिला के साथ मारपीट की घटना ने पूरे इलाके को झकझोर कर रख दिया है। महिला को इलाज के लिए सदर अस्पताल में भर्ती कराया गया है जहां उसकी हालत चिंताजनक बताई जा रही है। पीड़िता का आरोप है कि मकान मालिक ने वाशिंग मशीन लेने के दौरान न केवल मारपीट की, बल्कि उसकी चेन और कंगन भी छीन लिए।

क्या है पूरा मामला?

दीपुगड़ा में रामप्रसाद राम के बेटे शंभू प्रजापति और पप्पू प्रजापति अपने घर के कुछ हिस्सों को किराए पर देते हैं। इसी मकान में पिछले 12 वर्षों से सप्तऋषि पांडेय अपने परिवार के साथ रह रहे हैं। सोमवार को सप्तऋषि की बहन प्रिया देवी, जो गर्भवती हैं, अपने मायके से भाई के घर आई थीं। वह वहां से वाशिंग मशीन लेने पहुंची थीं, क्योंकि उनके बड़े भाई के नए घर में गृह प्रवेश का कार्यक्रम था।

अचानक उग्र हुआ मकान मालिक, आरोप: कमरे में ताला लगाकर की मारपीट

प्रिया देवी के अनुसार, वाशिंग मशीन लेने के दौरान मकान मालिक शंभू प्रजापति वहां पहुंचे और बकाया किराए की मांग करने लगे। जब महिला ने कहा कि वह अपने भाई से बात करने को कह रही हैं, तभी शंभू ने उनके कमरे में चुपके से ताला लगा दिया। पूछने पर, उन्होंने कथित तौर पर महिला के बाल पकड़कर दीवार पर पटका और पेट में लात मारी। इसके बाद चेन और कंगन भी छीन लिया गया।

धमकी और डर का माहौल

पीड़िता ने आरोप लगाया कि शंभू प्रजापति ने कहा — “पैसे दोगे तभी सामान और ज़ेवर मिलेगा, वरना पूरे परिवार को जान से मार देंगे।” हंगामा बढ़ने पर मोहल्लेवालों ने सप्तऋषि पांडेय को सूचना दी। सप्तऋषि अपने भाई निमेष के साथ मौके पर पहुंचे तो मकान मालिक ने उन्हें फंसाने की मंशा से खुद ही अपने घर का सामान तोड़ना शुरू कर दिया।

आसपास के लोग हुए इकट्ठा, लेकिन मकान मालिक की हेकड़ी बरकरार

स्थानीय लोगों ने समझाने की कोशिश की तो शंभू प्रजापति ने अपने ही पिता को मारना शुरू कर दिया और बहू ने बेहोश होने का नाटक किया। शंभू ने खुलेआम धमकी दी कि “जितने लोग आए हैं, सबको केस में फंसा दूंगा।” इसके बाद महिला को पास के कोरा थाना ले जाया गया, जहां पुलिस ने उसे पहले इलाज कराने की सलाह दी। फिलहाल महिला हजारीबाग सदर अस्पताल में भर्ती है।

इलाके में पहले भी मिल चुके हैं मकान मालिक के खिलाफ शिकायतें

स्थानीय लोगों ने बताया कि रामप्रसाद राम अकसर लोगों को ब्याज पर पैसे देते हैं और समय पर पैसे न मिलने पर उनकी संपत्ति हड़पने की कोशिश करते हैं। इसके अलावा, किरायेदारों को पानी, बिजली जैसी मूलभूत सुविधाओं से वंचित करना भी आम बात रही है। बताया जा रहा है कि सप्तऋषि पांडेय का केवल दो महीने का किराया बकाया था, लेकिन इसके बावजूद उनके परिवार को टारगेट किया गया।

पुलिस ने जांच शुरू की

कोरा थाना पुलिस ने मामले की प्राथमिक जांच शुरू कर दी है। स्थानीय लोगों की मांग है कि दोषियों पर सख्त कानूनी कार्रवाई हो और किरायेदारों की सुरक्षा सुनिश्चित की जाए।
