अखिल भारतीय विद्यार्थी परिषद हजारीबाग के द्वारा विनोबा भावे विश्वविद्यालय में व्याप्त विभिन्न शैक्षणिक एवं प्रशासनिक समस्याओं को लेकर एक दिवसीय धरना प्रदर्शन किया गया तथा विश्वविद्यालय प्रशासन का ध्यान आकृष्ट कराया गया। इस अवसर पर परिषद के प्रदेश मंत्री प्रकाश टूटी ने कहा कि यदि 15 दिनों के भीतर समस्याओं का समाधान नहीं किया गया, तो विद्यार्थी परिषद चरणबद्ध उग्र आंदोलन करने के लिए बाध्य होगी।
उन्होंने कहा कि अखिल भारतीय विद्यार्थी परिषद सदैव छात्र हित एवं सामाजिक सरोकारों के लिए कार्य करती आई है। विश्व के सबसे बड़े छात्र संगठन के रूप में परिषद समय-समय पर शैक्षणिक संस्थानों में व्याप्त समस्याओं को लेकर प्रशासन का ध्यान आकर्षित करती रही है।
राष्ट्रीय कार्यकारिणी सदस्य बाबूलाल मेहता ने विश्वविद्यालय प्रशासन को चेतावनी देते हुए कहा कि विश्वविद्यालय की शिक्षा व्यवस्था पूरी तरह ठप हो चुकी है और छात्रों के भविष्य के साथ खिलवाड़ किसी भी स्थिति में बर्दाश्त नहीं किया जाएगा।
परिषद द्वारा विश्वविद्यालय की समस्याओं को प्रमुखता से उठाते हुए निम्न मांगें रखी गईं —
प्रवेश परीक्षा के माध्यम से संचालित सभी कोर्सों की परीक्षा जल्द आयोजित की जाए।
NEP 2020 के तहत सभी महाविद्यालयों में पुस्तकों की व्यवस्था की जाए।
छात्र संघ चुनाव की अधिसूचना जल्द जारी की जाए।
मूल प्रमाण पत्र से संबंधित समस्याओं का शीघ्र समाधान किया जाए।
सेल्फ फाइनेंस कोर्स में शिक्षकों की नियुक्ति की जाए।
FYUGP, PG, B.Ed, Vocational, Law आदि विलंबित सत्रों को नियमित किया जाए।
NEP के अंतर्गत शिक्षकों की नियुक्ति शीघ्र की जाए।
सभी महाविद्यालयों में पेयजल, वॉशरूम, भवन आदि मूलभूत सुविधाएं सुनिश्चित की जाएं।
शिक्षकों का विषयवार समायोजन किया जाए।
विश्वविद्यालय वार्षिक एकेडमिक एवं स्पोर्ट्स कैलेंडर जारी करे।
एक व्यक्ति एक पद के निर्देश को तत्काल लागू किया जाए।
सभी परीक्षाओं के प्रश्न पत्र में पासिंग मार्क्स अंकित किया जाए।
सभी महाविद्यालयों में वूमेन सेल एवं एंटी रैगिंग सेल गठित किया जाए।
विश्वविद्यालय में प्लेसमेंट सेल का गठन किया जाए।
सेल्फ फाइनेंस कोर्स का परीक्षा शुल्क कम किया जाए।
विश्वविद्यालय बस सेवा पुनः प्रारंभ की जाए।
विश्वविद्यालय छात्रावास को 2025 सत्र से प्रारंभ किया जाए।
आर्थिक अनियमितताओं की खबरों पर निष्पक्ष जांच कमेटी गठित की जाए।
सभी मॉडल डिग्री कॉलेजों को जल्द सुचारू रूप से संचालित किया जाए।
अंत में परिषद ने चेतावनी दी कि यदि मांगों पर जल्द कार्रवाई नहीं हुई तो विद्यार्थी परिषद उग्र आंदोलन करेगी, जिसकी संपूर्ण जवाबदेही विश्वविद्यालय प्रशासन की होगी।
