असुर बहुल तिलवारी पाठ में उपायुक्त ने सुनी जन-आवाज़, दो माह में सुधार का दिया भरोसा

गुमला, झारखंड — ज़िला उपायुक्त प्रेरणा दीक्षित ने बुधवार को चैनपुर प्रखंड के दूरस्थ और विकास से वंचित क्षेत्रों का व्यापक निरीक्षण किया। इस दौरान उन्होंने विशेष पिछड़ी जनजाति (PVTG) असुर समुदाय की आबादी वाले तिलवारी पाठ गांव में ज़मीनी हालात का जायजा लिया और ग्रामीणों से संवाद कर दो माह के भीतर बुनियादी समस्याओं के समाधान का आश्वासन दिया।

अस्पताल, आंगनवाड़ी और कार्यालयों की समीक्षा

निरीक्षण की शुरुआत चैनपुर सामुदायिक स्वास्थ्य केंद्र से हुई, जहां उपायुक्त ने अस्पताल की स्वास्थ्य सेवाएं, स्वच्छता, बेड की उपलब्धता, पानी और बिजली की स्थिति की विस्तार से समीक्षा की। भवन की जर्जर स्थिति को देखते हुए उन्होंने तत्काल अस्पताल को सुरक्षित वैकल्पिक भवन में स्थानांतरित करने का आदेश दिया। साथ ही, नए भवन के पूर्ण होने तक अस्पताल को अस्थायी तौर पर चलाने के निर्देश भी दिए।

इसके बाद प्रखंड कार्यालय परिसर का मुआयना किया गया, जिसमें पुस्तकालय, प्रज्ञा केंद्र और अन्य विभागीय इकाइयों की कार्यशैली की जांच की गई। सभी विभागों को जनसेवा में तत्परता लाने के निर्देश दिए गए।

ग्रामीण क्षेत्रों में ढांचागत समस्याएं

शिल्पहड़ी गांव के आंगनवाड़ी केंद्र की खस्ताहाल स्थिति पर उपायुक्त ने नाराजगी जाहिर की और तत्काल मरम्मत कराने के आदेश दिए। लोरोम्बा मॉडल आंगनवाड़ी केंद्र में सेविकाओं की समस्याएं सुनी गईं, जिनके त्वरित समाधान का आश्वासन दिया गया।

पीएचईडी और जलापूर्ति से जुड़ी ग्रामीणों की शिकायतों को गंभीरता से लेते हुए संबंधित अभियंताओं को एक सप्ताह में समाधान सुनिश्चित करने को कहा गया। वहीं विद्युत आपूर्ति बाधित होने पर पुराने ट्रांसफार्मरों को बदलने और हर घर तक बिजली बहाल करने का निर्देश भी दिया गया।

तिलवारी पाठ गांव में मिला आत्मीय स्वागत

असुर जनजाति के लगभग 35 परिवारों के बसे तिलवारी पाठ गांव में उपायुक्त का परंपरागत रीति से स्वागत किया गया। गांव के लोगों से सीधा संवाद करते हुए उन्होंने अधिकारियों को सरकारी योजनाओं का शत-प्रतिशत लाभ सुनिश्चित कराने का निर्देश दिया।

उन्होंने आश्वासन दिया कि दो माह के भीतर गांव में पेयजल, बिजली और अन्य आवश्यक सुविधाएं बहाल कर दी जाएंगी। स्वास्थ्य विभाग द्वारा आयोजित शिविर का निरीक्षण करते हुए उन्होंने कहा कि प्रशासन जनजीवन में सकारात्मक बदलाव लाने के लिए प्रतिबद्ध है।

शिक्षा को दी प्राथमिकता

ग्रामीणों को संबोधित करते हुए उपायुक्त ने शिक्षा को बदलाव की कुंजी बताया। उन्होंने कहा,

“ज्ञान ही वह शक्ति है जो जीवन को दिशा देती है। आने वाले दो माह में आप परिवर्तन महसूस करेंगे।”

निरीक्षण में शामिल पदाधिकारी

इस व्यापक निरीक्षण में अनुमंडल पदाधिकारी चैनपुर, जिला समाज कल्याण पदाधिकारी, पीएचईडी और विद्युत विभाग के कार्यपालक अभियंता, जिला शिक्षा अधीक्षक एवं अन्य विभागीय कर्मी मौजूद रहे।

यह दौरा न केवल प्रशासन की जमीनी सक्रियता को दर्शाता है, बल्कि ग्रामीणों को यह भरोसा भी देता है कि शासन उनकी बात सुन रहा है और बदलाव के लिए कार्यरत है।
