गुमला, झारखंड — कामडारा प्रखंड में बुधवार को आयोजित साप्ताहिक जनशिकायत निवारण शिविर में कुल 32 शिकायतें प्राप्त हुईं, जिनमें से 30 मामलों का समाधान तत्काल मौके पर ही कर दिया गया। शेष दो मामलों में प्रक्रियागत कार्रवाई जारी है।
सबसे ज़्यादा शिकायतें ‘मैय्या सम्मान योजना’ से जुड़ी
शिकायतों की संख्या के अनुसार, 13 मामले ‘मैय्या सम्मान योजना’, 9 पेंशन योजनाओं, 7 जन्म प्रमाण पत्र और 3 मृत्यु प्रमाण पत्र से जुड़े हुए थे।
प्रखंड कार्यालय परिसर में आयोजित इस शिविर में विभिन्न विभागों के पदाधिकारियों ने आम जनता की समस्याएं गंभीरता से सुनीं और मौके पर ही यथासंभव समाधान सुनिश्चित किया।
समाधान की दिशा में त्वरित पहल
शिविर में अधिकारियों ने यह भी आश्वस्त किया कि लंबित मामलों में जल्द कार्रवाई पूरी की जाएगी। जनशिकायत दिवस का उद्देश्य आमजन तक प्रशासन की पहुंच सुनिश्चित करना और समस्याओं का त्वरित निराकरण करना है, जिसे इस बार की कार्यवाही ने सफलतापूर्वक सिद्ध किया।
प्रशासन द्वारा इस प्रकार की जनोन्मुख पहल ग्रामीण इलाकों में भरोसे और संवाद को मज़बूत करती है।
