डुमरी प्रखंड में आयोजित हुआ जन शिकायत निवारण दिवस, अधिकांश शिकायतों का मौके पर हुआ निष्पादन

गुमला : – गुमला जिला प्रशासन के निर्देशानुसार आज डुमरी प्रखंड परिसर में जन शिकायत निवारण दिवस का आयोजन किया गया। इस अवसर पर विभिन्न विभागों से संबंधित आवेदनों की प्राप्ति हुई तथा अधिकतर शिकायतों का त्वरित निष्पादन किया गया।

जन शिकायत निवारण शिविर में कुल 46 आवेदन प्राप्त हुए, जिनमें से 40 आवेदनों का निपटारा मौके पर ही कर दिया गया। प्राप्त आवेदनों का विवरण निम्नानुसार है:

1. राशन कार्ड संबंधित आवेदन – 02 (निपटारा – 02)

2. आवास योजना संबंधित आवेदन – 03 (निपटारा – 02)

3. पेंशन संबंधित आवेदन – 03 (निपटारा – 02)

4. जाति/आय/आवासीय प्रमाण पत्र – 28 (निपटारा – 28)

5. किसान क्रेडिट कार्ड (KCC) – 01 (निपटारा – 01)

6. चल-अचल संपत्ति प्रमाण पत्र – 01 (निपटारा – 01)

7. जन्म प्रमाण पत्र – 02 (निपटारा – 02)

8. मृत्यु प्रमाण पत्र – 03 (निपटारा – 02)

9. भूमि लगान संबंधित आवेदन – 03 (निपटारा – प्रक्रिया में)

शिविर में संबंधित विभागों के पदाधिकारियों की उपस्थिति में नागरिकों की समस्याओं को गंभीरता से सुना गया और त्वरित समाधान के निर्देश दिए गए।

डुमरी प्रखंड प्रशासन ने आश्वस्त किया कि शेष आवेदनों का भी शीघ्र निष्पादन सुनिश्चित किया जाएगा।
