आज गुमला जिला में चलाया गया इनफोर्समेंट एवं जागरुकता अभियान स्कूल के 100 मीटर के दायरे में नहीं बिकेंगे तंबाकू उत्पाद

गुमला : – गुमला में आज दिनांक 12 जून 2025 को गुमला में खाद्य सुरक्षा पदाधिकारी लव कुमार गुप्ता एवं जिला तंबाकू निषेध सलाहकार वंदना स्मृति एवं सदर थाने की पुलिस के द्वारा नशा के खिलाफ जागरूकता अभियान चलाया गया जिसमें विभिन्न दुकानों का निरीक्षण किया गया और साथ ही अंतिम चेतावनी दी गई।

टीम के द्वारा एसएस स्कूल के पास निरीक्षण किया गया जहाँ कुछ नहीं पाया गया फिर टीम के द्वारा इग्निसुस विद्यालय , संत पात्रिक विद्यालय एवं उर्सलाइन कॉन्वेंट विद्यालय के पास निरीक्षण किया गया निरीक्षण के क्रम में कर्मवीर भारती, सूरज लकड़ा, मुकेश लकड़ा, भरत भगत के प्रतिष्ठानों में निकोटीन और तंबाकू युक्त उत्पादों की बिक्री करते हुए विक्रेताओं को पकड़ा गया साथ ही कोटा एक्ट के तहत फाइन लगाया गया।

तत्पश्चात फिर टीम के द्वारा करम टोली के पास राजेंद्र अभ्यास विद्यालय,कस्तूरबा विद्यालय, केंद्रीय विद्यालय के पास निरीक्षण किया गया निरीक्षण के क्रम में सुरेश सिंह,  शुक्ररो उरांव, सपना कुजूर, माही जनेरल स्टोर के प्रतिष्ठानों में छापेमारी के दौरान निकोटीन और तंबाकू युक्त उत्पादों की बिक्री करते हुए विक्रेताओं को पकड़ा गया साथ ही तंबाकू युक्त उत्पादन न भेचने की सख्त हिदायत दी गई और साथ सभी प्रतिष्ठानों में कोटपा एक्ट के तहत जुर्माना लगाया गया।

• साथ ही माही जनेरल स्टोर और भोला भंडार के प्रतिष्ठान मे साफ सफाई में काफी कमी पाई गई।
• बहुत ही साफ सफाई की कमी पाई गयी।
• अवधि समाप्त खाद्य सामग्री का विक्रय।
• प्रतिबंधित सोस की बोतल मिली।
• बिना अनुज्ञप्ति का प्रतिष्ठान चलाना।

खाद्य सुरक्षा अधिनियम के तहत स्पष्टीकरण किया गया और निर्देश दिया गया कि भविष्य में इस प्रकार का लापरवाही नहीं बरतने का निर्देश दिया गया साथ ही खाद्य सुरक्षा अधिनियम के तहत उस पर कार्रवाई की जाएगी और साथ ही खाद्य सुरक्षा अधिकारी के द्वारा बताया गया कि खाद्य सुरक्षा से जुड़े सभी विक्रेताओं को आवश्यक रूप से लाइसेंस लेकर अपने प्रतिष्ठान को चलना सुनिश्चित करेंगे| इस सघन छापेमारी में मुख्य रूप से खाद्य सुरक्षा अधिकारी, गुमला सदर थाना एस आई, जिला तंबाकू निषेध सलाहकार वंदना स्मृति होरो,प्रियांशु कुमार सूरज कुमार की उपस्थिति महत्वपूर्ण रही| जिला प्रशासन गुमला के सभी व्यापारियों से अनुरोध करता है कि खाद्य सुरक्षा नियमों का पालन करें और बिना लाइसेंस का खाद्य व्यापार ना करें|
