कमलपुर में निर्मम हत्या कांड: पानी मांगने के बहाने महिला की टांगी से की गई हत्या, जंगल में पहले ही तीन को किया था घायल

गुमला – झारखंड के गुमला जिले में इंसानियत को झकझोर देने वाली एक दिल दहला देने वाली घटना सामने आई है, जहां पानी मांगने के बहाने एक युवक ने घर में घुसकर महिला की टांगी से निर्मम हत्या कर दी। घटना चैनपुर के कुरूमगढ़ पिकेट थाना क्षेत्र के कमलपुर गांव की है। मृतका की पहचान 21 वर्षीय रीना देवी के रूप में हुई है।

वारदात को अंजाम देने वाला आरोपी बलिराम, हराकरचा गांव का निवासी है। वह बुधवार को रीना देवी के घर पहुंचा और पानी पीने का बहाना बनाया। जैसे ही रीना ने उसे पानी का गिलास थमाया, बलिराम ने अपने पास रखी टांगी से उस पर कई बार वार कर दिया, जिससे उसकी मौके पर ही मौत हो गई।

घटना के समय रीना देवी घर में अकेली थी। उसके दोनों बच्चे स्कूल गए हुए थे, नहीं तो वे भी हमले का शिकार हो सकते थे। रीना के पति अनिल खड़िया तामिलनाडु में मजदूरी करते हैं। मां की मौत के बाद लौटे बच्चों का रो-रो कर बुरा हाल है।

चौंकाने वाली बात यह है कि इस हत्या से कुछ घंटे पहले ही आरोपी बलिराम ने गांव के पास जंगल में तीन और लोगों पर जानलेवा हमला किया था। जानकारी के मुताबिक, जब महिलाएं लकड़ी बीन रही थीं, तभी बलिराम ने कमलपुर की चंद्रमणि देवी, चंदगो गांव की कोरबाईन देवी और एक साढ़े चार साल के मासूम बच्चे पर टांगी से हमला कर दिया। तीनों गंभीर रूप से घायल हुए और बलिराम जंगल से भाग निकला।

इसके बाद बलिराम उसी टांगी के साथ कमलपुर में रीना देवी के घर पहुंचा और हत्या की वारदात को अंजाम दिया। घटना के तुरंत बाद ग्रामीणों ने इसकी सूचना कुरूमगढ़ पिकेट थाना को दी।

सूचना मिलते ही पुलिस दल-बल के साथ मौके पर पहुंचा। पुलिस ने बलिराम को गिरफ्तार कर लिया है और उसके खिलाफ गंभीर धाराओं में मामला दर्ज कर छानबीन शुरू कर दी गई है।

रीना देवी के शव को पोस्टमार्टम के लिए गुमला सदर अस्पताल भेजा गया, जहां आवश्यक प्रक्रिया के बाद शव परिजनों को सौंप दिया गया। तीनों घायलों का भी इलाज गुमला सदर अस्पताल में चल रहा है।

पुलिस बलिराम से पूछताछ कर रही है ताकि हमले के पीछे के मकसद और मानसिक स्थिति को स्पष्ट किया जा सके। पूछताछ पूरी होने के बाद आरोपी को न्यायालय में प्रस्तुत कर गुमला जेल भेजे जाने की प्रक्रिया अपनाई जाएगी।

इस बर्बर हत्याकांड से गांव में दहशत का माहौल है। स्थानीय लोग बलिराम की मानसिक स्थिति और उसकी मंशा को लेकर चिंतित हैं, वहीं पुलिस ने भरोसा दिलाया है कि कानून के अनुसार कड़ी कार्रवाई की जाएगी।
