गुमला में NCORD समिति की विशेष बैठक आयोजित – युवाओं को नशे से दूर रखने पर विशेष बल, ड्रिंक एंड ड्राइव व अवैध हड़िया बिक्री पर होगी सख्त कार्रवाई

गुमला : – गुमला जिले में नशा उन्मूलन को लेकर जिला प्रशासन द्वारा लगातार प्रयास किए जा रहे हैं। इसी कड़ी में आज सोमवार को उपायुक्त प्रेरणा दीक्षित एवं पुलिस अधीक्षक हरीश बिन ज़मान की संयुक्त अध्यक्षता में NCORD (National Coordination for Responding to Drug Abuse) समिति की एक विशेष बैठक समाहरणालय सभागार में आयोजित की गई। बैठक में जिला वन प्रमंडल पदाधिकारी, अनुमंडल पदाधिकारी सदर, बसिया एवं चैनपुर, सभी अंचल अधिकारी, थाना प्रभारी सहित संबंधित पदाधिकारीगण उपस्थित रहे।

बैठक में उपायुक्त ने जिले में नशा मुक्ति अभियान को और प्रभावी बनाने हेतु कई महत्वपूर्ण निर्देश दिए। उन्होंने चिंता व्यक्त करते हुए कहा कि जिले के स्कूली एवं कॉलेज छात्र बड़ी संख्या में नशे की चपेट में आ रहे हैं, जिससे न केवल उनका स्वास्थ्य बल्कि सामाजिक संरचना भी प्रभावित हो रही है। उपायुक्त ने बताया कि ड्रग्स के सेवन से युवाओं में सड़क दुर्घटनाएं भी बढ़ रही हैं, और अनेक नाबालिग बच्चों के हांथों में वाहन सौंप दिए जा रहे हैं, जो ट्रैफिक नियमों का भी उल्लंघन कर रहे हैं।

उन्होंने निर्देश दिया कि सभी थाना प्रभारी अपने-अपने क्षेत्रों के विद्यालयों में जाकर बच्चों को नशे से बचाव की जानकारी दें और नियमित रूप से जागरूकता अभियान चलाएं। परिवहन विभाग को निर्देशित किया गया कि ड्रिंक एंड ड्राइव और नाबालिगों द्वारा वाहन संचालन के विरुद्ध नियमित जांच अभियान चलाएं। इसके अलावा धार्मिक स्थलों, हाट-बाजार एवं भीड़भाड़ वाले इलाकों में माइकिंग के माध्यम से जन-जागरूकता फैलाने का भी निर्देश दिया गया।

उपायुक्त ने विशेष रूप से ग्रामीण क्षेत्रों में हो रही हड़िया दारू की अवैध बिक्री पर गहरी चिंता व्यक्त करते हुए संबंधित अधिकारियों को इसे नियंत्रित करने तथा महिला विक्रेताओं को “फूलो झानो आशीर्वाद योजना” से जोड़ने के निर्देश दिए, जिससे उन्हें वैकल्पिक रोजगार मिल सके और उनकी आर्थिक स्थिति सशक्त हो।

पुलिस अधीक्षक हरीश बिन ज़मान ने स्पष्ट रूप से कहा कि जिले में नशे के अवैध सप्लाई चेन को तोड़ना प्रशासन की प्राथमिकता है। उन्होंने सभी थाना प्रभारियों एवं एसडीपीओ को निर्देश दिया कि पुराने मामलों की समीक्षा करें, सप्लाई रूट चिह्नित करें, और नियमित गश्ती करें। सप्लाई से जुड़े व्यक्तियों की सूची बनाकर कार्रवाई की जाए एवं प्रत्येक 2-3 दिन पर प्रगति की समीक्षा की जाए। उन्होंने कहा कि “गुमला को नशे से मुक्त करना है, इसके लिए सामूहिक एवं सुनियोजित प्रयास की आवश्यकता है।”

जिला वन प्रमंडल पदाधिकारी ने बैठक में जानकारी दी कि अफीम की खेती पर नियंत्रण हेतु GIS मैपिंग की जाएगी। इसके लिए वन विभाग के कर्मियों को आवश्यक प्रशिक्षण भी दिया जाएगा, ताकि अवैध अफीम खेती को जड़ से समाप्त किया जा सके।

बैठक के दौरान उपायुक्त ने यह भी निर्देशित किया कि ड्रिंक एंड ड्राइव करते पकड़े गए लोगों की काउंसलिंग कराई जाए और नशे के कारण बीमार पड़ रहे या ओवरडोज़ का शिकार बच्चों के इलाज की समुचित व्यवस्था सुनिश्चित की जाए।
