गुमला में अवैध खनन के विरुद्ध लगातार कार्रवाई, खनन टास्क फोर्स द्वारा की गई त्वरित छापेमारी

गुमला : – गुमला उपायुक्त के निर्देशानुसार गठित खनन टास्क फोर्स द्वारा अवैध खनन की रोकथाम हेतु लगातार अभियान चलाए जा रहे हैं। इसी क्रम में बीते चार दिनों में विभिन्न स्थलों पर अवैध बालू उत्खनन, भंडारण एवं परिवहन के विरुद्ध कार्रवाई की गई है।

दिनांक 13 जून को बसिया थाना अंतर्गत तानालोया पंचायत के लुंगटू क्षेत्र में रात के अंधेरे में हाईवा और जेसीबी से बालू का अवैध परिवहन किए जाने की सूचना पर कार्रवाई की गई। 14 जून की सुबह खनन टास्क फोर्स, थाना प्रभारी एवं सशस्त्र बलों की संयुक्त टीम द्वारा स्थल का निरीक्षण किया गया, जहाँ लगभग 800-900 CFT अवैध बालू पाया गया।

उसी दिन सिसई थाना क्षेत्र में गश्ती के दौरान एक बिना पंजीकरण नंबर वाले ट्रैक्टर को बालू के साथ जप्त किया गया। चालक मौके से फरार हो गया। वाहन का निरीक्षण कर बालू से संबंधित कोई वैध दस्तावेज नहीं प्रस्तुत किए गए। वाहन को थाना परिसर में सुरक्षित रखा गया है तथा आवश्यक कानूनी कार्रवाई की जा रही है।

15 जून को गुमला अनुमंडल पदाधिकारी की अध्यक्षता में खनन टास्क फोर्स द्वारा सिलाफारी पंचायत के कोयल नदी क्षेत्र में छापामारी की गई, जहाँ एक हाईवा और जेसीबी से अवैध तरीके से बालू लोड एवं परिवहन करते पाया गया। खनन टास्क फोर्स के पहुंचते ही वाहन चालक मौके से फरार हो गया। मौके पर फंसे हाईवा एवं खराब हो चुके जेसीबी को जिम्मेनामा पर सुरक्षित सौंपा गया है।

इन सभी मामलों में खनिज विभाग द्वारा झारखण्ड लघु खनिज समनुदान नियमावली 2004 एवं The Jharkhand Minerals (Prevention of Illegal Mining, Transportation and Storage) Rule-2017 के अंतर्गत कार्रवाई प्रारंभ की गई है।

जिला प्रशासन द्वारा पुनः यह स्पष्ट किया गया है कि किसी भी व्यक्ति द्वारा बिना वैध अनुज्ञप्ति के खनिज का उत्खनन, भंडारण या परिवहन करना दंडनीय अपराध है। इस प्रकार के अवैध कार्यों से सरकारी राजस्व की हानि होती है तथा राष्ट्रीय संपदा का क्षरण होता है। जिला प्रशासन द्वारा खनन टास्क फोर्स के माध्यम से ऐसे मामलों पर जीरो टॉलरेंस की नीति के साथ कार्यवाही की जा रही है।

जिले वासियों से अपील है कि, खनन संबंधित शिकायत दर्ज कराने हेतु खनन कार्यालय द्वारा जारी किए गए फोन नंबर 9934887613 पर संपर्क स्थापित कर सकते है। सूचना देने वालों की जानकारी पूर्ण रूप से गोपनीय रखी जाएगी।
