रायडीह थाना में सड़क सुरक्षा जागरूकता अभियान के साथ मोटरसाइकिल वाहन जांच, ₹47,000 की दंड राशि वसूल

गुमला : – गुमला जिला में सड़क सुरक्षा नियमों के पालन को लेकर जिला प्रशासन सतर्क एवं सक्रिय है। इसी क्रम में दिनांक 25 जून 2025 को रायडीह थाना अंतर्गत विशेष मोटरसाइकिल वाहन चेकिंग अभियान का आयोजन किया गया। यह अभियान जिला परिवहन पदाधिकारी राकेश कुमार गोप, मोटरयान निरीक्षक रॉबिन अजय सिंह एवं सड़क सुरक्षा प्रबंधक कुमार प्रभाष के नेतृत्व में आयोजित किया गया, जिसमें सैकड़ों वाहन चालकों को सड़क सुरक्षा नियमों की जानकारी देते हुए मौके पर चालान एवं काउंसलिंग की गई।

अभियान के दौरान लगभग 25–30 दोपहिया वाहन चालकों को रोककर उनके दस्तावेजों की जांच की गई। हेलमेट न पहनने, वैध ड्राइविंग लाइसेंस, बीमा, प्रदूषण प्रमाणपत्र एवं अन्य परिवहन से संबंधित दस्तावेजों की अनुपस्थिति पर कुल ₹47,000 की दंड राशि वसूली की गई।

सड़क सुरक्षा जागरूकता कार्यक्रम के दौरान टीम द्वारा चालकों को बताया गया कि बिना हेलमेट ₹1000, बिना लाइसेंस ₹5000, बीमा रहित वाहन ₹2000, प्रदूषण प्रमाण पत्र नहीं रहने पर ₹1000 तथा नामांतरण नहीं कराए गए वाहन पर ₹5000 तक का जुर्माना अधिनियम के अनुसार निर्धारित है।

इसके अतिरिक्त, सड़क सुरक्षा टीम द्वारा मौके पर उपस्थित चालकों को रोड सेफ्टी काउंसलिंग भी प्रदान की गई, जिसमें उन्हें बताया गया कि हेलमेट, सीट बेल्ट जैसे उपकरणों का नियमित उपयोग, और ट्रैफिक नियमों का पालन, सड़क दुर्घटनाओं को रोकने में सहायक होते हैं एवं यह नागरिकों की जान-माल की सुरक्षा के लिए अनिवार्य है।

यह जांच अभियान शाम 4:30 बजे से 5:30 बजे तक चलाया गया। प्रशासन द्वारा यह स्पष्ट किया गया कि ऐसे वाहन चेकिंग एवं जागरूकता अभियान नियमित रूप से आयोजित किए जाएंगे ताकि जिला में सड़क सुरक्षा को सुनिश्चित किया जा सके।

इस अभियान में जिला परिवहन पदाधिकारी राकेश कुमार गोप, मोटरयान निरीक्षक रॉबिन अजय सिंह, सड़क सुरक्षा प्रबंधक कुमार प्रभाष एवं मंटू रवानी मुख्य रूप से उपस्थित थे।
