जनता की आवाज़ को मिला मंच, गुमला में जन शिकायत निवारण दिवस का सफल आयोजन

जिले की जनता की समस्याओं के समाधान के लिए गुमला समाहरणालय स्थित कार्यालय कक्ष में उपायुक्त प्रेरणा दीक्षित की अध्यक्षता में साप्ताहिक जन शिकायत निवारण दिवस का आयोजन किया गया। इस मौके पर जिले के विभिन्न प्रखंडों से आए नागरिकों ने अपने आवेदन प्रस्तुत कर अपनी समस्याएं उपायुक्त के समक्ष रखीं।

करीब 50 से अधिक नागरिकों ने सड़क, बिजली, पेयजल, भूमि विवाद, सीमांकन, सरकारी सहायता, आयुष्मान कार्ड, रोजगार, दुकान आवंटन, गौशाला अनुदान, भूमि अधिग्रहण, ऑनलाइन खतियान, चिकित्सा, आर्थिक सहायता और शिक्षा संबंधी विषयों पर अपनी समस्याएं साझा कीं।

इस दौरान बिशुनपुर प्रखंड के अमटीपानी पंचायत से पहुंचे ग्रामीणों ने आंगनबाड़ी केंद्र में सहायिका द्वारा की जा रही अनियमितताओं की शिकायत करते हुए, उनकी जगह किसी योग्य महिला को नियुक्त करने की मांग की। उपायुक्त ने मामले की जांच कर आवश्यक कार्रवाई का निर्देश संबंधित पदाधिकारी को दिया।

कोटाम की बुधनी उरांव ने बताया कि अतिवृष्टि से उनका घर पूरी तरह क्षतिग्रस्त हो चुका है। उन्होंने आवास योजना का लाभ देने का अनुरोध किया, जिस पर उपायुक्त ने आश्वासन देते हुए संबंधित विभाग को निर्देश दिया।

जनता दरबार में उपविकास आयुक्त दिलेश्वर महतो भी उपस्थित रहे। उन्होंने मौके पर फरियादियों से बातचीत की और कई मामलों में स्थल पर ही समाधान सुनिश्चित कराया, विशेषकर राशन और पेंशन से जुड़े मामलों में।

उपायुक्त प्रेरणा दीक्षित ने कहा, “जन शिकायत निवारण दिवस प्रशासन और जनता के बीच एक सेतु है। हम सभी समस्याओं को गंभीरता से लेते हुए त्वरित और प्रभावी कार्रवाई करने को प्रतिबद्ध हैं।”

इस जनसुनवाई कार्यक्रम के माध्यम से न सिर्फ आम लोगों को अपनी बात रखने का अवसर मिला, बल्कि प्रशासन की संवेदनशीलता और तत्परता का भी परिचय देखने को मिला।
