बिशुनपुर प्रखंड में जन शिकायत निवारण दिवस का आयोजन, 23 में से 14 मामलों का मौके पर निपटारा

जिला उपायुक्त प्रेरणा दीक्षित के निर्देशानुसार गुमला जिले के सभी प्रखंडों में नागरिकों की समस्याओं के त्वरित समाधान के लिए साप्ताहिक जन शिकायत निवारण दिवस का नियमित आयोजन किया जा रहा है। इसी क्रम में बिशुनपुर प्रखंड में आज जन शिकायत निवारण दिवस का आयोजन किया गया, जिसकी अध्यक्षता प्रखंड विकास पदाधिकारी घाघरा ने की।

इस जन सुनवाई कार्यक्रम के दौरान प्रखंड क्षेत्र के विभिन्न गांवों से आए नागरिकों ने कुल 23 शिकायतें दर्ज कराईं। इनमें से 14 मामलों का समाधान मौके पर ही कर दिया गया, जबकि शेष 09 शिकायतों पर कार्रवाई प्रक्रिया में है।

प्राप्त शिकायतों का वर्गीकरण इस प्रकार रहा:

• पेंशन से संबंधित – 01
• मैया सम्मान योजना – 01
• जन्म प्रमाण पत्र जारी – 01
• अबुआ आवास योजना – 02
• बैंक खाता बंद होने से जुड़ी – 06
• मनरेगा संबंधित शिकायतें – 12

प्रखंड विकास पदाधिकारी ने बताया कि प्रशासन का मुख्य उद्देश्य नागरिकों को स्थानीय स्तर पर ही त्वरित और पारदर्शी सेवाएं उपलब्ध कराना है, जिससे समस्याओं के समाधान में अनावश्यक देरी न हो।

जिला प्रशासन ने जिलेवासियों से अपील की है कि वे प्रत्येक सप्ताह अपने नजदीकी प्रखंड कार्यालय में आयोजित जन शिकायत निवारण दिवस में शामिल होकर अपनी समस्याओं को प्रशासन के समक्ष रखें और इस पहल का लाभ उठाएं।

इस पहल से ग्रामीण क्षेत्र के लोगों को जहां राहत मिल रही है, वहीं शासन-प्रशासन की जवाबदेही और पारदर्शिता भी मजबूत हो रही है।
