गुमला में खाद्य आपूर्ति व्यवस्था की समीक्षा बैठक, उपायुक्त ने दिए सुधार के निर्देश

जिले में सार्वजनिक वितरण प्रणाली (PDS) को और बेहतर बनाने के उद्देश्य से उपायुक्त प्रेरणा दीक्षित की अध्यक्षता में खाद्य आपूर्ति विभाग की समीक्षा बैठक सोमवार को समाहरणालय स्थित कार्यालय प्रकोष्ठ में आयोजित की गई। बैठक में खाद्य आपूर्ति से संबंधित भंडारण व्यवस्था, डीलरों की निगरानी और उपभोक्ता सुविधा जैसे अहम विषयों पर विस्तृत चर्चा की गई।

बैठक के दौरान वरीय पदाधिकारियों ने उपायुक्त को जिले में खाद्यान्न गोदामों के निरीक्षण के क्रम में सामने आईं कमियों और समस्याओं से अवगत कराया। इनमें गोदामों की जर्जर स्थिति, सीसीटीवी की अनुपस्थिति, वेट मशीन की कमी, खराब सड़कें और स्टॉक रजिस्टर के अद्यतन न होने जैसी बातें प्रमुख थीं।

उपायुक्त ने निर्देश देते हुए कहा, “मानसून के मौसम को देखते हुए गोदामों में खाद्यान्न के भंडारण में विशेष सतर्कता बरती जाए। खराब मौसम में राशन की बर्बादी रोकना अत्यंत आवश्यक है। सभी PDS दुकानों और गोदामों में सफाई, सुरक्षा और समुचित स्टॉक प्रबंधन की व्यवस्था सुनिश्चित की जाए।”

उन्होंने यह भी कहा कि जिन गोदामों की स्थिति अत्यधिक खराब है, उन्हें अन्य सुरक्षित स्थानों पर स्थानांतरित करने की योजना तत्काल बनाई जाए। साथ ही, सभी डीलरों को निर्देश दिया गया है कि वे उचित मूल्य पर खाद्यान्न वितरण में पारदर्शिता बरतें और किसी भी तरह की अनियमितता नहीं होनी चाहिए।

उपायुक्त ने स्पष्ट रूप से कहा, “राशन कार्डधारियों को किसी प्रकार की परेशानी न हो, इसके लिए आवश्यक है कि विभागीय निगरानी लगातार हो और सभी व्यवस्थाएं तय मानकों के अनुरूप हों।”

बैठक में अपर समाहर्ता, अनुमंडल पदाधिकारी (गुमला सदर, बसिया, चैनपुर), एलआरडीसी गुमला, और जिला आपूर्ति पदाधिकारी सहित अन्य वरीय अधिकारी उपस्थित थे।

प्रशासन की इस सक्रियता से उम्मीद जताई जा रही है कि गुमला जिले में खाद्य आपूर्ति प्रणाली अधिक पारदर्शी, प्रभावी और जनहितैषी बनेगी।
