गुमला में कल्याण विभाग की योजनाओं की समीक्षा बैठक, उपायुक्त ने संवेदकों की लापरवाही पर जताई सख्त नाराज़गी

गुमला — बुधवार को गुमला समाहरणालय में उपायुक्त प्रेरणा दीक्षित की अध्यक्षता में कल्याण विभाग की विभिन्न योजनाओं की बिंदुवार समीक्षा बैठक संपन्न हुई। बैठक के दौरान उपायुक्त ने योजनाओं की प्रगति की समीक्षा करते हुए संबंधित पदाधिकारियों को कई कड़े निर्देश दिए, साथ ही लापरवाही बरतने वाले संवेदकों को ब्लैकलिस्ट करने की चेतावनी भी दी।

अधूरे कार्यों पर जताई नाराजगी, मानक के अनुरूप गुणवत्ता सुनिश्चित करने का निर्देश

बैठक में आवासीय विद्यालयों एवं छात्रावासों की स्थिति पर चर्चा करते हुए उपायुक्त ने पेयजल, शौचालय, बिजली, भवन की मरम्मत और विद्यार्थियों की मूलभूत आवश्यकताओं की पूर्ति पर विशेष ध्यान देने को कहा। उन्होंने स्पष्ट किया कि सभी अधूरे निर्माण कार्यों को समयबद्ध और गुणवत्तापूर्ण तरीके से पूरा किया जाए।

उन्होंने कहा, “संवेदक यदि मनमानी करते हैं या अधूरे कार्य छोड़ देते हैं, तो उन्हें ब्लैकलिस्ट किया जाए। जिला प्रशासन किसी भी स्तर पर लापरवाही बर्दाश्त नहीं करेगा।”

छात्रवृत्ति और साइकिल वितरण में कोई भी बच्चा न छूटे

छात्रवृत्ति योजना और साइकिल वितरण की समीक्षा के क्रम में उपायुक्त ने निर्देश दिया कि छूटे हुए सभी योग्य विद्यार्थियों को तत्काल लाभ दिलाया जाए। उन्होंने छात्रावासों में बच्चों के लिए पर्याप्त सुविधाएं सुनिश्चित करने पर जोर दिया।

कल्याण अस्पताल और स्वास्थ्य सेवाओं पर विशेष निर्देश

कल्याण अस्पताल, नागफेनी में जेनरेटर की व्यवस्था के निर्देश देते हुए उपायुक्त ने डॉक्टर और नर्सों के लिए क्वार्टर निर्माण हेतु डीपीआर शीघ्र तैयार करने को कहा। उन्होंने विभागीय समन्वय से स्वास्थ्य सेवाओं को सुदृढ़ करने की आवश्यकता जताई।

NREP और निर्माण एजेंसियों के काम पर असंतोष

उपायुक्त ने NREP द्वारा किए जा रहे कार्यों की धीमी गति पर असंतोष व्यक्त किया। उन्होंने कहा कि यदि वर्तमान एजेंसी कार्य में अक्षम साबित हो रही है, तो उसे हटाकर नई एजेंसी को कार्य सौंपा जाए ताकि समयबद्ध तरीके से प्रोजेक्ट पूरे हों।

PVTG और FPO योजनाओं की समीक्षा

बैठक में PVTG समुदायों के लिए चल रही योजनाओं पर भी गहन चर्चा हुई। उपायुक्त ने मशरूम उत्पादन से FPO को जोड़ने की योजना पर सुझाव दिया और कहा कि “समुदाय के लोगों को प्रशिक्षण देकर उन्हें आत्मनिर्भर बनाया जाए।” उन्होंने इस वर्ग को सरकारी योजनाओं का लाभ पूरी तरह दिलाने के निर्देश दिए।

अन्य मुद्दों पर भी चर्चा

बैठक में रोजगार सृजन, लिफ्ट एरिगेशन, जरेडा परियोजनाओं समेत अन्य कल्याणकारी कार्यक्रमों पर भी चर्चा हुई और संबंधित अधिकारियों को आवश्यक दिशा-निर्देश दिए गए।

बैठक में उप विकास आयुक्त, कल्याण पदाधिकारी, समाज कल्याण पदाधिकारी, जिला शिक्षा अधीक्षक, कार्यपालक अभियंता (पेयजल एवं स्वच्छता), माइनर इरीगेशन विभाग, जिला परिषद, JTDS एवं अन्य विभागीय अधिकारी उपस्थित रहे।
