कृषि मंत्री शिल्पी नेहा तिर्की ने अपने विभाग का किया औचक निरीक्षण,अनुपस्थित रहनेवाले कर्मियों को होगा शो कॉज

रांची : राज्य की कृषि, पशुपालन एवं सहकारिता मंत्री शिल्पी नेहा तिर्की ने शुक्रवार को नेपाल हाउस स्थित विभागीय कार्यालय का औचक निरीक्षण किया. औचक निरीक्षण की सूचना से नेपाल हाउस कार्यालय में हड़कंप का माहौल रहा. मंत्री शिल्पी नेहा तिर्की ने कृषि, पशुपालन एवं सहकारिता विभाग के दफ्तर में सभी कोषांग का निरीक्षण किया. इस दौरान कई कर्मचारी, पदाधिकारी और अधिकारी अपने दफ्तर में अनुपस्थित पाए गए.

निरीक्षण के दौरान मंत्री शिल्पी नेहा तिर्की ने पदाधिकारियों से उनके काम और योजनाओं से संबंधित जानकारी भी ली. मंत्री के निरीक्षण के क्रम में कई पदाधिकारी अपने सहयोगी कर्मी को लेकर बहाने बनाते भी नजर आए, वहीं कुछ पदाधिकारी निरीक्षण की सूचना मिलने के बाद दौड़ते-भागते दफ्तर पहुंचे.

गैैैैैैैरहाजिर रहनेवाले कर्मियों का डेटा संग्रह किया गया

बायोमैट्रिक सिस्टम में आज की अनुपस्थिति से संबंधित डेटा को संग्रह किया गया है. इस डेटा में कार्यालय आने के निश्चित समय के बाद आने वाले पदाधिकारियों की सूची तैयार की जा रही है . इस सूची के आधार पर अनुपस्थित पदाधिकारी और अधिकारियों को शो कॉज जारी करने की प्रक्रिया पूर्ण की जाएगी.

निरीक्षण के दौरान मंत्री शिल्पी नेहा तिर्की ने कहा कि कार्यस्थल पर कर्मी हर हाल में निश्चित समय पर अपनी उपस्थिति दर्ज कराएंगे. समय का पाबंद और अनुशासित होना, बेहतर कार्य संस्कृति के लिए जरूरी है. कार्य संस्कृति में सुधार से विकास योजनाओं को गति मिलेगी .
