“SMASHATHON-2025: ‘वर्ल्ड बैडमिंटन डे’ पर गुमला में नशा मुक्ति को समर्पित खेल आयोजन, उपायुक्त ने खिलाड़ियों संग खेला मैच”

गुमला, झारखंड: नशामुक्ति और खेल भावना को बढ़ावा देने के उद्देश्य से गुमला जिला प्रशासन ने बुधवार को ‘SMASHATHON-2025’ नामक एक दिवसीय जिला स्तरीय बैडमिंटन प्रतियोगिता का आयोजन इनडोर स्टेडियम, गुमला में किया। आयोजन ‘वर्ल्ड बैडमिंटन डे’ के अवसर पर हुआ और युवाओं को खेल के ज़रिए सकारात्मक राह दिखाने का संदेश दिया गया।

खेल के मैदान में उपायुक्त ने बढ़ाया खिलाड़ियों का हौसला

मुख्य अतिथि के रूप में उपस्थित उपायुक्त प्रेरणा दीक्षित ने खिलाड़ियों से व्यक्तिगत रूप से मुलाकात कर उनका उत्साहवर्धन किया और उन्हें प्रतियोगिता के लिए शुभकामनाएं दीं। उन्होंने स्वयं भी बैडमिंटन खेलकर प्रतियोगिता का हिस्सा बने और खिलाड़ियों के जोश को बढ़ाया।

उपायुक्त ने कहा, “जिला प्रशासन गुमला में खेल संस्कृति को मजबूत करने के लिए प्रतिबद्ध है। हमारा लक्ष्य है कि युवाओं को नशे से दूर रखते हुए उन्हें खेल और रचनात्मक गतिविधियों की ओर प्रेरित किया जाए।”

बैडमिंटन के ज़रिए नशा मुक्त समाज की दिशा में एक कदम

कार्यक्रम की शुरुआत दीप प्रज्वलन से हुई, जिसके बाद अधिकारियों ने आपस में बैडमिंटन खेलकर ‘खेल से जोड़े समाज’ की भावना को बढ़ावा दिया। यह आयोजन नशा मुक्ति अभियान के तहत रखा गया था, जिसमें जिले के विभिन्न इलाकों से खिलाड़ियों ने हिस्सा लिया।

उपायुक्त ने इस अवसर पर यह भी जानकारी दी कि इनडोर स्टेडियम का शीघ्र ही आधुनिकीकरण किया जाएगा ताकि खिलाड़ियों को बेहतर प्रशिक्षण सुविधाएं उपलब्ध हो सकें। वर्तमान में भी यहां प्रशिक्षित कोच के नेतृत्व में सैकड़ों बच्चे नियमित रूप से बैडमिंटन का प्रशिक्षण ले रहे हैं।

12 घंटे चला खेल आयोजन, हुआ सम्मान समारोह

प्रतियोगिता में दिनभर विभिन्न वर्गों के मुकाबले आयोजित किए गए जो रात 6 बजे तक चले। शाम को जिले के वरिष्ठ अधिकारीगण भी बैडमिंटन कोर्ट पर उतरे और अपनी भागीदारी निभाई। समापन समारोह में विजेता और प्रतिभावान खिलाड़ियों को उपायुक्त द्वारा सम्मानित किया गया।

खेल के साथ सामाजिक संदेश

यह प्रतियोगिता केवल एक खेल आयोजन नहीं था, बल्कि एक सामाजिक अभियान भी था जिसका उद्देश्य था युवाओं को नशे की गिरफ्त से निकालकर खेल के ज़रिए सकारात्मक जीवन की ओर प्रेरित करना।

इस अवसर पर जिला वन प्रमंडल पदाधिकारी, उप विकास आयुक्त, अपर समाहर्ता, एसडीओ सदर एवं चैनपुर, जिला खेल पदाधिकारी, कोच, खिलाड़ी, प्रशिक्षक और बड़ी संख्या में खेल प्रेमी उपस्थित रहे।
