गुमला :- गुमला जिला अंतर्गत स्थित कमडारा प्रखंड में लाह उत्पादन को बढ़ावा देने एवं समुदाय को आत्मनिर्भर बनाने के उद्देश्य से एक दिवसीय लाह उत्पादन प्रशिक्षण कार्यक्रम का सफल आयोजन किया गया। यह कार्यक्रम जिला प्रशासन द्वारा उद्योगिनी संस्था के सहयोग से संचालित हुआ।
प्रशिक्षण कार्यक्रम में लाह वैज्ञानिक दिलीप कुमार सिंह, फील्ड एसोसिएट नारायण साहू (उद्योगिनी) एवं NJS टीम द्वारा प्रतिभागियों को वैज्ञानिक तरीके से लाह उत्पादन संबंधी आवश्यक जानकारी एवं तकनीकी प्रशिक्षण प्रदान किया गया।
इस प्रशिक्षण में कुल 230 लाभुकों ने भाग लिया, जिनमें फूलो झानो आशीर्वाद अभियान (PJAA) से जुड़ी 50 महिला लाभुक भी शामिल रहीं। कार्यक्रम का मुख्य उद्देश्य प्रतिभागियों को टिकाऊ व लाभकारी लाह उत्पादन तकनीक से प्रशिक्षित कर उनके आजीविका स्रोत को सशक्त बनाना था।
प्रशिक्षण कार्यक्रम के तहत प्रतिभागियों के बीच लाह उत्पादन से संबंधित आवश्यक उपकरण व औजारों का वितरण 90% अनुदान पर किया गया, ताकि वे प्रशिक्षण के पश्चात अपने स्तर पर उत्पादन कार्य आरंभ कर सकें।
