सालेगुटू पंचायत में विकास योजनाओं की जमीनी पड़ताल, एसडीओ ने की जनसेवाओं की समीक्षा

बसिया, गुमला — अनुमंडल पदाधिकारी बसिया जयवंती देवगम ने बुधवार को कामडारा प्रखंड अंतर्गत सालेगुटू पंचायत का व्यापक निरीक्षण किया। इस दौरान उन्होंने जन वितरण प्रणाली, शैक्षणिक संस्थानों, आंगनबाड़ी केंद्रों और पंचायत भवन सहित विभिन्न सार्वजनिक सेवाओं की जमीनी हकीकत का आकलन किया।

जन वितरण प्रणाली की दुकानें रहीं निरीक्षण के केंद्र में

निरीक्षण के पहले चरण में एसडीओ ने डीलर अश्विनी नाग और मोतीलाल द्वारा संचालित राशन दुकानों का दौरा किया। उन्होंने खाद्यान्न वितरण की पारदर्शिता, स्टॉक रजिस्टर, और लाभुकों को समय पर अनाज आपूर्ति की स्थिति की गहन समीक्षा की। इसके अलावा क्षेत्र की अन्य जन वितरण प्रणाली दुकानों की भी जांच की गई और आवश्यक निर्देश दिए गए।

बच्चों के पोषण और शिक्षा पर विशेष ध्यान

इसके बाद चंदाटोली स्थित आंगनबाड़ी केंद्र का निरीक्षण किया गया, जहां बच्चों को मिलने वाली पोषण सेवाओं, सामग्री की गुणवत्ता और केंद्र की साफ-सफाई का जायजा लिया गया। वहीं, उत्क्रमित उच्च विद्यालय मोहरा टोली में शिक्षकों और छात्रों से संवाद कर उपस्थिति, शैक्षणिक गुणवत्ता और विद्यालय की जरूरतों पर जानकारी प्राप्त की गई।

जन भागीदारी शिविर का अवलोकन

एसडीओ ने पंचायत भवन परिसर में चल रहे धरती आबा जन भागीदारी शिविर का भी दौरा किया। इस दौरान उन्होंने शिविर में उपलब्ध सरकारी सेवाओं की गति और गुणवत्ता की समीक्षा की तथा उपस्थित कर्मियों से कार्य निष्पादन में पारदर्शिता बनाए रखने का आग्रह किया।

विकास योजनाओं की समयबद्धता पर ज़ोर

निरीक्षण में प्रखंड विकास पदाधिकारी कामडारा और अंचल अधिकारी भी मौजूद रहे। मौके पर अनुमंडल पदाधिकारी ने स्पष्ट निर्देश दिया कि “हर सरकारी योजना का लाभ पात्र व्यक्तियों तक तय समय पर पहुंचे, इसके लिए हर विभाग जिम्मेदारी से कार्य करे और पारदर्शिता बनाए रखे।”

इस निरीक्षण के माध्यम से प्रशासन ने नीतियों के सही क्रियान्वयन और ग्रामीण सेवाओं की वास्तविक स्थिति को समझने का प्रयास किया, जिससे भविष्य में योजनाओं के बेहतर संचालन को दिशा दी जा सके।
